$2.50 per mailbox a month, including warm-up, the sending engine and the analytics. The minimum is 12 mailboxes, so the smallest bill is $30 a month. You pay monthly by card.
Domains are the one other cost, paid per year: $13 for a .com, $5 for a .info, plus a card processing fee on domain purchases. There is no platform fee, and workspaces and team members are free.
$2.50 is the list price. Volume discounts are available for large orders: book a call or contact sales for bulk mailbox pricing.

- SPF, DKIM, DMARC and a redirect to your website, set up automatically.

No. They are standard SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on your domains. You can send from them with our sending engine or with any tool that connects over SMTP and IMAP, including Instantly and Smartlead.
Three weeks, most of it warm-up:
- Day 1: new mailboxes are ready within 24 hours. For your own domains, the nameserver change takes 24–48 hours.
- Days 1–14: warm-up only.
- From day 14: start cold email at a low volume.
- Day 21: full volume.

Yes. Connect Instantly or Smartlead with an API key, and we add the mailboxes to your account there.
For other tools, download a CSV in the tool's own import format: SalesHandy, Reply.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Mailshake, ReachInbox, PlusVibe, Luna, Nureply, Coldy, MailToaster, EmailBison.
For anything else, the CSV has the SMTP/IMAP logins of every mailbox, and our API returns the same.

Yes. Give each client or team its own workspace, with its own mailboxes and domains. Workspaces and team members are free: you pay only for mailboxes and domains.
We recommend up to 25 cold emails per mailbox a day, not counting warm-up. Above that, mailboxes and domains burn out sooner.
Put up to 5 mailboxes on one domain. For 1,000 emails a day you need 40 mailboxes ($100 a month) on 8 domains ($104 a year as .com).
Replies land in the mailbox that sent the email. In Outreach2day you read and answer the replies from all your mailboxes in one inbox.
If you send through Instantly or Smartlead instead, the replies show up there too, because those tools read the mailboxes over IMAP.
Yes. Point the nameservers of a domain you own to ours, and we set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC and a redirect to your website.
Domains you buy in the app are registered for 1 year with your details as the registrant, so they are yours. Support can move them to your own Namecheap account. Renewal is not automatic: when a domain expires, its mailboxes stop working.
Don't send cold email from your main company domain.
There is no free trial and no contract. You pay month to month and can cancel any time in the in-app chat or at support@outreach2day.com.
Mailboxes you add mid-month are charged right away, prorated. Removing mailboxes gives no credit for the current month.
The mailboxes are deleted and can't be restored, so move your campaigns off them first. You are not charged after the month you have paid for.
The domains stay yours. Support can move them to your Namecheap account; after that you set up the DNS records and the redirect yourself.
You replace the domain and keep paying the same for mailboxes. You pay for mailbox slots, not specific addresses: delete the mailboxes on the burned domain and create new ones on a fresh domain in the same slots. The new domain costs the usual price, and the new mailboxes need warm-up.
Before you buy new domains, try new copy. In our data, fresh domains sending the same copy from the same servers did no better than the old ones. Rewritten copy did.
No. Placement depends on your list, your copy and the recipient's email provider. Outreach2day measures it for every mailbox.
Each mailbox shows its warm-up inbox, spam and bounce rate, and placement tests show which Google and Outlook seed inboxes received your email and which sent it to spam.

.com. A .info costs $5 a year instead of $13; give it two extra weeks of warm-up.
In our tests with finance and lending copy, .info domains did 3.5× worse on Outlook than .co domains. With neutral copy we saw no difference.
