What Outreach2day is

Outreach2day provides SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on your domains, with warm-up, sending and per-mailbox analytics included in the mailbox price.
Long description
Outreach2day is cold email infrastructure for outbound agencies and in-house teams. It provides standard SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on your own domains at $2.50 per mailbox a month, with a minimum of 12 mailboxes. Warm-up, a sending engine, one reply inbox and per-mailbox analytics are included. DNS authentication is set up automatically. Mailboxes connect to Instantly and Smartlead with an API key, or export in the import format of 14 tools. Teams can also manage their setup through the REST API or an AI client connected to the MCP server. Billing is monthly by card; workspaces and team members are free.

- Domains and checkout
- .com domains cost $13 a year and .info domains $5 a year, or bring your own. A card fee of 2.9% + $0.30 applies at checkout to new domains and the first month of mailboxes.
