    One codex mcp add command, or a block in ~/.codex/config.toml. The key stays in an environment variable.

    Script the setup

    Codex checks domains, quotes the order and gives you the Stripe link. You pay; Codex follows the order.

    Keep state in the repo

    Codex writes warm-up and campaign status into files you version, next to your copy and lead lists.

    Launch and report

    After warm-up Codex launches the campaign and reports replies and per-mailbox numbers on request.

How does Codex authenticate to the Outreach2day MCP server?

With bearer_token_env_var: Codex reads your key from the environment variable you name and sends it as a Bearer token. The key never goes into config.toml.

Does Codex ask before it launches a campaign?

Launch needs an explicit confirmation from you, and our server refuses it until warm-up is done and the preflight check passes, whatever the agent sends.

Can Codex spend money on my behalf?

No. Codex can ask for a quote and hand you a Stripe checkout link. You pay on the Stripe page yourself. Quotes are priced by Outreach2day, and new workspaces have first-order and daily spend limits.

Is the Outreach2day MCP server available now?

In early access. Book a call and we add your workspace to the first group. The REST API is open to every account today: create a key in the app and call it from any script or agent.

What does it cost?

The MCP server comes with your Outreach2day account. You pay for what the agent orders: $2.50 per mailbox a month, domains billed yearly, both shown in the quote before you pay.

Which tools does the server have?

Tools for pricing and account status, domains, orders and Stripe checkout, mailboxes and warm-up, campaigns, replies and stats, and export to Instantly or Smartlead. The full list is on this page.

Can I use domains I already own?

Yes. The agent connects them and returns the DNS records to set at your registrar. Connecting your own domains is free.

How long until new mailboxes can send?

About 14 days of warm-up. The agent reports each mailbox's warm-up stage and ready date, and launch is refused until warm-up is done.

Can I keep sending from Instantly or Smartlead?

Yes. The agent exports warm mailboxes to your Instantly or Smartlead workspace after you confirm, and you keep your sequences there.

Does Codex see my mailbox passwords?

No. No tool returns passwords, SMTP or IMAP credentials, or API keys. Export to a sequencer is the only step that moves credentials, and it needs your confirmation.

What happens if part of an order fails?

The order shows which domain or mailbox failed, with a link to support. Our team retries or refunds that item.
