Warming is a $0.60 add-on, pre-warmed addresses are $3 each, domains are bought once, and sending happens in a sequencer you export to. Overview

What Winnr is

Winnr is a cold email infrastructure company founded in 2024: Winnr Software LLC, registered in Arizona with a Phoenix address. It runs its own mail servers and delivery nodes in data centres on four continents and does not resell Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; most mailboxes send from shared, managed IP pools, and Enterprise customers can add dedicated IPs.

The product is self-serve: buy or connect domains, create mailboxes in bulk with SPF, DKIM and DMARC (DMARC at p=reject by default) set for you, then export them as a CSV in the layout of the sequencer you use. Winnr lists 20+ layouts, from Instantly and Smartlead to EmailBison, which it also syncs directly.

Next to the mailboxes Winnr runs a marketplace of pre-warmed domains, each with 3 to 10 addresses warmed for 30+ days, sold per address and returned to Winnr if you cancel.

Add-ons and extra costs

Two plans, billed monthly with no annual option: Startup at $69 for 50 mailboxes and 10 domain slots, Enterprise at $189 for 200 mailboxes, 40 domain slots, 5 free domains and phone, WhatsApp and Slack support. Extra mailboxes are $1 each on either plan, so Startup with extras is the lower bill up to 170 mailboxes.

Three things sit outside the plan. Warming is $0.60 a mailbox a month, charged in full for the first month; Winnr's own example of 50 mailboxes is $69 + $30 = $99 a month. Domains are a one-time purchase, a .com about $13; the renewal price is not published. Pre-warmed addresses are $3 each a month, at least 3 to a domain.

Its pricing page plans on about 50 emails a mailbox a day with warming, and 10 to 20 cold emails, 15 by default. Our cost table uses that default and 5 mailboxes a domain.

Verdict

Winnr is a self-serve SMTP vendor with a low plan price, a real refund and an MCP server. Its mailbox sends 15 cold emails a day by default, warming costs extra and the sending tool is another bill, so the same volume takes more mailboxes and more subscriptions than ours.

Outreach2day is $2.50 a mailbox month to month, $1.50 from 100 and $0.50 from 1,000, with warmup for the life of the mailbox, 25 cold emails a day from day 14 and our own sequencer. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox. Keep Instantly or Smartlead if you like: our mailboxes sync in by API key.

    Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

    New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the Winnr mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel Winnr for the end of its billing period.

Winnr refunds the most recent month on request, domains excepted, and lets you resubscribe within 90 days. Cancel in Settings after the new mailboxes finish warmup; domains you bought there are yours to point elsewhere, while pre-warmed marketplace domains go back to Winnr.

Warming and pre-warmed mailboxes

Winnr's warming sends up to 20 warmup emails a mailbox a day at a fixed 30% reply rate, with slow, normal or fast ramps, and can also warm Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes you own elsewhere without a plan. Its own page says the network reaches very few Outlook.com, Hotmail or Yahoo inboxes.

API, MCP and exports

Every plan includes the REST API with token management, and Winnr publishes an open-source MCP server with 55 tools, hosted with Winnr sign-in or run locally. Exports are CSV files shaped for each sequencer; EmailBison has a built-in sync.

Outreach2day's REST API and hosted MCP server cover domains, mailboxes and warmup, and also campaigns and replies, since the sequencer is ours. Our mailboxes sync to Instantly and Smartlead by API key.

How much does Winnr cost?

$69 a month for 50 SMTP mailboxes on Startup or $189 for 200 on Enterprise, $1 for each extra mailbox, billed monthly. Warming is $0.60 a mailbox a month, pre-warmed addresses $3, and a .com about $13 once.

Is Winnr legit?

Winnr Software LLC is registered in Arizona with a Phoenix address and was founded in 2024. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 27 reviews on 2026-11-02, with a note that the company has not invited reviews recently.

Does Winnr include warmup?

Not in the plan price: warming is a $0.60 add-on per mailbox a month, up to 20 warmup emails a day. Outreach2day includes warmup for every mailbox for as long as you keep it.

Does Winnr sell Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

No. Winnr sells SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on its own servers; its about page says it does not resell Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Does Winnr have an MCP server?

Yes, an open-source one with 55 tools, hosted at mcp.winnr.app with Winnr sign-in or run locally with an API token.
