What Mailpool is

Mailpool buys domains with an AI name generator, sets DNS and creates inboxes in minutes. Its own SMTP inboxes run on shared, pre-warmed US IPs; Google and Microsoft inboxes run on those providers' IPs; dedicated IPs are a separate line.

Export is wide: native connections to Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox, Saleshandy, Reply, Lemlist, EmailBison and PlusVibe among others, plus CSV and SMTP/IMAP for anything else. Monitoring tracks inbox health on 150+ checkpoints and watches domain and IP blacklists.

Mailpool is run by Snowlight Ventures OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia, with Paddle as the merchant of record.

Monthly: $3 an SMTP inbox, $4 Google, $5 Microsoft. Annual: $2.60, $3.40 and $4.30. The Google and Microsoft solution pages advertise $3.50, which matches neither column, so check the checkout.

The terms make the Google price a first-year discount that moves to a standard renewal rate after 12 months; that rate is not published. Google and Microsoft inboxes also carry a one-month commitment.

A dedicated IP is $200 a month ($170 annual) with unlimited inboxes and up to 100,000 emails a month. Domains are paid once a year at prices not shown on the site.

In detail

Warm-up as paid slots

Mailpool's help center now has a warm-up section: you buy warm-up slots in billing settings and assign inboxes to them. The slot price is not published. Mailpool recommends three to four weeks of warm-up before campaigns, kept running after.

Ask for the slot price before you plan an account around Mailpool: on a large account it can be a line as big as the inboxes, and the site does not show it.

API and refunds

The API covers domains, mailboxes and DNS, but access is on request: Mailpool calls it a premium API for SaaS tools, AI agents and large agencies, and shares docs after an onboarding call. We found no MCP server.

Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable, apart from the EU consumer 14-day withdrawal right. Cancelling stops the next renewal; inboxes are deactivated at the end of the cycle.
