Mailpool Pricing 2026: Plans, Add-Ons and Real Cost

Mailpool charges $3 per inbox a month for its own SMTP inboxes, $4 for Google Workspace and $5 for Microsoft 365 on monthly billing, or 13 to 15% less on annual billing. There is no stated minimum: you can start with one inbox. Warm-up and a sending engine are not listed in the plans, and domain prices are not published. A dedicated IP is $200 per server a month.

Mailpool Plans and Prices

Mailpool sells inboxes on its own SMTP servers with rotating shared IPs, on Google Workspace and on Microsoft 365, plus dedicated IP servers.

The pricing page labels annual billing "Save 15%"; the listed annual prices are 13% (SMTP), 15% (Google Workspace, dedicated IP) and 14% (Microsoft 365) below monthly. The Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 product pages show $3.50; the pricing page shows $4 and $5 on monthly billing, and we use those.

For larger volumes the page says: "We offer custom pricing and volume discounts for agencies and businesses managing large-scale volumes. Contact us for a tailored quote." Those discounts are not published.

On a dedicated IP you can create any number of inboxes, but the help center says: "you'll be charged for the volume of emails sent." It lists a maximum of 100,000 emails a month per IP.

What the Plan Includes

• Automated DNS setup and an AI domain generator.

• Inbox rotation and rotating IPs; on SMTP inboxes, Mailpool "Uses a network of pre-warmed US-based IPs".

• Integrations with outreach tools and an API.

• Custom profile pictures on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes.

Sending limits from the help center: SMTP inboxes allow up to 200 emails a day, with 30 recommended; Google Workspace is recommended at 25 to 40 a day, and Microsoft 365 at 20 to 25.

Not included: a sending engine. The help center says the last step is to import the inboxes into your outreach tool. The pricing page does not list warm-up in any plan.

Costs on Top of the Inbox Price

There is no free trial: "We do not offer a free trial. However, you can get started for just $3, which covers the setup of your first mailbox and access to all core features." Google Workspace and Outlook 365 inboxes carry a one-month commitment. When you cancel, inboxes are deactivated at the end of the billing cycle, and you can request a transfer of domains you created in Mailpool. We found no refund policy.

What Mailpool Costs at 25, 100 and 400 Mailboxes

Monthly cost on the Google Workspace plan with monthly billing. The full setup adds warm-up and a sending engine: we use the cheapest Instantly plan that covers 550 cold emails per mailbox a month (25 a day on 22 working days), because Instantly includes warm-up in the plan. That is the same model as our provider comparison. Domains are left out.

On Mailpool SMTP inboxes at $3, the full setup is $172, $397 and $1,384. On Microsoft 365 at $5, it is $222, $597 and $2,184. Annual billing takes 13 to 15% off the inbox line, not the Instantly plan.

Mailpool vs Outreach2day

Outreach2day charges $2.50 per mailbox a month with warm-up and a sending engine (campaigns, sequences, one inbox for replies) and analytics included, from 12 mailboxes, billed monthly. Domains are $13 a year for a .com and $5 for a .info. See pricing.

Mailpool's lowest listed price is $2.60 per SMTP inbox a month on annual billing, above our $2.50 monthly, and it does not include a sequencer. At every size in the table, the full setup costs less with us.

Differences to know: Mailpool sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes (ours are SMTP/IMAP) and dedicated IP servers, and starts at one inbox; our minimum is 12 ($30). FAQ

How much does Mailpool cost per inbox?

$3 a month for a Mailpool SMTP inbox, $4 for Google Workspace and $5 for Microsoft 365 on monthly billing. Annual billing is $2.60, $3.40 and $4.30 a month.

Does Mailpool include warm-up?

The pricing page does not list warm-up. SMTP inboxes run on pre-warmed US-based IPs. We found no warm-up product on Mailpool's pages; sequencers such as Instantly include warm-up.

Is there a free trial or a minimum?

No free trial. There is no stated minimum: you can start with one inbox for $3. Google Workspace and Outlook 365 inboxes require a one-month commitment.

How much are Mailpool domains?

Not published. Domains are a one-time payment for a 1-year registration and renew yearly. If you cancel, you can request a transfer of domains created in Mailpool.
