Overview

What HyperInboxes is

HyperInboxes describes itself as automated cold email infrastructure on official Google Workspace accounts. Its terms, dated 10 February 2025, call it a reseller of email accounts from various providers, governed by Delaware law, and name no legal entity or address; the footer reads © 2025.

The service, per its FAQ: you buy domains through HyperInboxes (your existing domains are not supported), it sets SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and CNAME records, and within 12 hours you get SMTP/IMAP settings and app passwords for your sequencer. Mailbox login credentials are not handed over. Express delivery is 3 hours in the FAQ and 6 hours on a feature card.

It sends nothing itself and names no warmup tool. The FAQ says it follows warmup and sending-limit best practice; the answer to "Are there any sending limits?" is empty.

In detail

Can you still buy HyperInboxes?

Not on 2026-10-20. The pricing section of hyperinboxes.com says new signups and purchases are paused "as we focus on supporting and providing the best possible experience for our existing users". It gives no date for reopening.

If you need Google Workspace inboxes now, InboxKit, LiteMail, Endy Inboxes, Zapmail, Premium Inboxes and Cheap Inboxes take orders; they are priced at 100 inboxes on HyperInboxes alternatives.

HyperInboxes pros and cons

Pros, from its own pages: official Google Workspace accounts; DNS and authentication set for you; delivery in 12 hours or less; free replacement of inboxes hit by technical issues, delivery problems or suspensions, unless you broke a policy; email support, priority on Professional plans.

Cons: no new customers; domains only through HyperInboxes; no mailbox logins; no published sending limit, warmup tool, API or price; all purchases final; and terms that disclaim responsibility for the health or deliverability of accounts once purchased.

The terms existing customers have

The refund policy says all purchases are final: subscriptions, one-time purchases, add-ons and setup fees. Exceptions are considered for duplicate charges, verified fraud or a service that was completely inaccessible, asked within 7 days, at HyperInboxes' discretion.

You can cancel any time in Billing & Subscription; access runs to the end of the paid month with no partial refund. Accounts can be suspended without refund for breaking the terms or for chargebacks.
