100 mailboxes each. HyperInboxes and its alternatives at the same mailbox count. Monthly list prices on monthly billing; sending volume = mailboxes × each vendor's recommended emails per mailbox a day × 22 sending days, with the cheapest plan of the sequencer named in each row that covers it (Instantly unless the vendor's mailboxes need another; both include warmup). Domains at each vendor's published price spread over 12 months; "from" means a domain price is not published.

HyperInboxes publishes no price today, so it is not in the chart. At 100 inboxes and each vendor's own daily volume, with Instantly Hypergrowth for sending and warmup: InboxKit from $397 (domains not priced), LiteMail $419, Endy Inboxes $422 with free domains, Zapmail $432.83, Premium Inboxes from $447 and Cheap Inboxes $450.31.

Outreach2day is $271.67 with warmup, the sequencer and 20 domains. Each vendor is counted at its own recommended daily volume, so the per-1,000-emails figure is the fair comparison: Zapmail, LiteMail and Endy send 25 a day per inbox, Premium Inboxes and Cheap Inboxes 15.

Choosing

Why HyperInboxes customers look elsewhere

The first reason is simple: on 2026-10-20 the pricing section says "We're Not Accepting New Purchases at This Time" and that signups are paused to support existing users. A new team cannot order, and an existing one cannot be sure it can add inboxes.

The rest comes from its own pages. Domains must be bought through HyperInboxes, mailbox logins are not handed over (SMTP/IMAP settings and app passwords only), the sending-limit answer in the FAQ is blank, and the terms say it is not responsible for the health of accounts once purchased. Every term with its source is in the HyperInboxes review. The two closest replacements have their own pages: LiteMail alternatives and Endy Inboxes alternatives.

Moving inboxes off HyperInboxes

Google accounts do not move between resellers, so the move is new inboxes on new domains. Order them from the new provider, let them warm while the HyperInboxes inboxes keep sending, then pause the old inboxes campaign by campaign and cancel before the next monthly renewal.

On Outreach2day warmup starts when the mailboxes appear and each one sends up to 25 cold emails a day from day 14, with placement tests for Google and Outlook. If you need pre-warmed mailboxes now, ours are SMTP at $4 a mailbox a month.

Outreach2day

Outreach2day as a HyperInboxes alternative

We make Outreach2day and list it first. Where it fits and where it does not.

It fits if

  • You run 1,000+ mailboxes: we quote a volume price below every vendor list price in our comparisons, warmup and sending included
  • You want to order today without a demo call or a waiting list
  • You want warmup and sending in the mailbox price instead of a sequencer plan on top
  • You want to start at 12 mailboxes, $30 a month, month to month
  • You want a REST API and an MCP server for domains, mailboxes, warmup and campaigns

It does not fit if

  • You need Google Workspace accounts specifically
  • You want someone to set up every inbox by hand in a shared Slack channel
  • You want more than 25 cold emails per mailbox a day
