100 mailboxes each. Endy Inboxes and its alternatives at the same mailbox count. Monthly list prices on monthly billing; sending volume = mailboxes × each vendor's recommended emails per mailbox a day × 22 sending days, with the cheapest plan of the sequencer named in each row that covers it (Instantly unless the vendor's mailboxes need another; both include warmup). Domains at each vendor's published price spread over 12 months; "from" means a domain price is not published.

At 100 inboxes Endy's Growth plan is $325, the domains are free and Instantly Hypergrowth adds $97: $422 a month for 2,500 cold emails a day. LiteMail is $419 with $15 domains, Zapmail $432.83, InboxKit from $397 before domains and Premium Inboxes from $447. Primeforge is $586.67.

Outreach2day is $271.67 with warmup, the sequencer and 20 domains, for the same 2,500 a day. Endy counts at 25 a day per inbox, the top of its own 20 to 25 range; each vendor is counted at its own recommended daily volume, so read the per-1,000-emails figure before the monthly total.

Switching

Moving from Endy Inboxes to Outreach2day

  1. Keep your sequencer

Connect Instantly or Smartlead in Outreach2day with an API key and the warm mailboxes are added to your account; other tools take a CSV in their import format, or SMTP/IMAP logins. How the export works

  2. Or move the campaigns

Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the Endy Inboxes mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel Endy Inboxes for the end of its billing period.

Endy publishes no terms or refund policy, so ask on the call how cancelling works and how long the current month runs. Its FAQ says you keep the domains it bought for you when you offboard, so plan the move on new domains and keep or transfer the old ones.

Choosing

Why Endy Inboxes buyers look elsewhere

Three things stand out on endyinboxes.com. Every plan starts with a 15-minute demo that decides whether you are a fit, so there is no self-serve checkout. The site has no terms of service or refund policy, only a privacy policy. And sending stays in your own sequencer, which you pay for on top.

What it does well is on the same page: free .com domains, setup in 30 minutes, inboxes uploaded with warmup on, and a Slack or WhatsApp channel for support. Endy recommends 20 to 25 emails per inbox a day and 2 to 3 weeks of warmup. The self-serve option nearest to it is LiteMail; plans and terms are in the LiteMail review.

Moving off Endy Inboxes

Google accounts do not move between resellers, so the move is new inboxes. Endy's FAQ says you keep the domains when you leave, which lets you point them at the new provider later; for a clean warmup, start the new mailboxes on new domains while the Endy inboxes keep sending.

On Outreach2day warmup starts when the mailboxes appear and each sends up to 25 cold emails a day from day 14. Then pause the Endy inboxes campaign by campaign and cancel the plan.

Outreach2day

Outreach2day as an Endy Inboxes alternative

We make Outreach2day and list it first. Where it fits and where it does not.

It fits if

  • You run 1,000+ mailboxes: we quote a volume price below every vendor list price in our comparisons, warmup and sending included
  • You want to order without a demo call, from 12 mailboxes and $30 a month
  • You want warmup and the sequencer in the mailbox price
  • You want published terms before you pay
  • You want a REST API and an MCP server for domains, mailboxes, warmup and campaigns

It does not fit if

  • You need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts
  • You want free domains bought for you
  • You want a team in a Slack or WhatsApp channel doing the setup
