How Billing Works

• Price: $2.50 per mailbox a month list price, with warm-up, the sending engine and analytics included. The minimum is 12 mailboxes, so the smallest bill is $30 a month. Volume discounts are available for large orders: book a call or contact sales. Details: Outreach2day pricing.

• Payment: monthly, by card.

• Contract: none. You pay month to month.

• Free trial: none. The smallest commitment is one month at $30.

• Adding mailboxes: charged right away, prorated for the rest of the month.

• Removing mailboxes: no credit for the current month.

• Refunds: the terms say fees are non-refundable, including for a partial month after you cancel.

• Domains: $13 a year for .com, $5 for .info, plus a card processing fee on domain purchases.

How to Cancel

Write in the in-app chat or to support@outreach2day.com. You are not charged after the month you have paid for.

Before you cancel, move your campaigns off the mailboxes: they are deleted and cannot be restored. The domains stay yours. Support can move them to your own Namecheap account; after that you set up the DNS records and the redirect yourself.

Who Owns the Domains

Domains you buy in the app are registered for 1 year with your details as the registrant, so they are yours. Renewal is not automatic: when a domain expires, its mailboxes stop working. You can also connect domains you already own by pointing their nameservers to ours.

Downsides We Would Want to Know

• No free trial. You pay for the first month to try it.

• 12-mailbox minimum. For 1 to 5 mailboxes, a provider without a minimum costs less.

• No inbox placement guarantee. Placement depends on your list, your copy and the recipient's provider; the product measures it per mailbox.

• Mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP, not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

• No auto-renewal for domains, so you have to renew them yourself.

• Mailboxes are deleted on cancellation.
