Outreach2day Review 2026: What It Does and What It Lacks

Short answer: Outreach2day is cold email infrastructure. You get mailboxes on your own domains for $2.50 per mailbox a month, with warm-up, a sending engine and per-mailbox analytics included. The minimum is 12 mailboxes ($30 a month). There is no free trial and no contract. It fits agencies and outbound teams that send from 12 or more mailboxes. It does not fit teams that need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, or only 1 to 5 mailboxes.

What You Get for $2.50 per Mailbox

Everything needed to send cold email, except domains:

  • The mailbox itself, with SMTP and IMAP access.

  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC and a redirect to your website, set up automatically.

  • Warm-up for as long as you keep the mailbox: 75+ warm-up emails a day.

  • The sending engine: campaigns, multi-step sequences, schedules and follow-ups.

  • One inbox for the replies from all your mailboxes.

  • Analytics for every mailbox (details in the next section).

  • Google and Outlook placement tests.

  • Sync to Instantly and Smartlead, CSV export for other tools, and the API.

Not included: lead lists and email copy. Outreach2day is software; it does not find leads or write your emails.

Analytics: What the Product Shows

Some third-party pages say Outreach2day lacks advanced analytics. Here is what the app shows for every mailbox, so you can judge for yourself:

  • Warm-up health: inbox, spam and bounce rate per mailbox over the last 14 days.

  • Sends by recipient provider: cold and warm-up emails per day, split into Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other providers.

  • Bounce rate: cold and warm-up bounces counted separately, against the sends of the same kind.

  • Replies by type: incoming mail sorted into human replies, out-of-office messages and bounces, with the intent of each reply.

  • Filters: by mailbox, tag, cold or warm-up traffic and date, up to 92 days back.

  • Placement tests: send a test from mailboxes older than 21 days, up to 100 at a time, and see which Google and Outlook seed inboxes got it in the inbox and which in spam.

What the app does not show today: reply rate per mailbox over time, and the warm-up inbox rate split by provider. If you need those, a dedicated analytics tool on top of your sequencer is the better choice.

Warm-Up: What You Can Control

Warm-up is included for as long as you keep the mailbox. You start it per mailbox in the app, and the warm-up API can start, pause or turn it off per mailbox. The recommended schedule is warm-up only for the first 14 days, then cold email at a low volume, and full volume from day 21. Keep warm-up running while you send.

Each mailbox sends 25+ warm-up emails a day to Google recipients, 25 to Outlook and 25 to other providers, so 75+ warm-up emails a day in total. Outreach2day sets this volume; it is not a field in the warm-up API.

Limits and Trade-Offs

  • No free trial. You pay month to month instead, so the smallest commitment is one month at $30 for 12 mailboxes.

  • 12-mailbox minimum. If you need 1 to 5 mailboxes, a provider without a minimum costs less.

  • Not Google or Microsoft mailboxes. They are SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on your domains. If your process requires Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts, this is not the right product.

  • No placement guarantee. Placement depends on your list, your copy and the recipient's provider. Outreach2day measures it per mailbox; it does not promise it.

  • Domains do not renew automatically. When a domain expires, its mailboxes stop working.

  • Cancelling deletes the mailboxes. They cannot be restored. The domains stay yours, and support can move them to your own Namecheap account.

  • Sending limit we recommend: up to 25 cold emails per mailbox a day, not counting warm-up, and up to 5 mailboxes per domain.

Third-Party Review Claims, Checked

What is true

"Flat $2.50 price per mailbox may be expensive for small senders compared to pay‑as‑you‑go providers."

The smallest bill is $30 a month for 12 mailboxes, with warm-up and the sending engine included. For 1 to 5 mailboxes, a provider without a minimum is cheaper. See the pricing breakdown.

"No publicly advertised free trial; the risk‑free guarantee terms are unclear."

Correct that there is no free trial. Billing is month to month with no contract, and you can cancel any time in the in-app chat or at support@outreach2day.com.

"Lacks advanced analytics and configurable warm‑up compared to specialized providers."

Every mailbox shows warm-up inbox, spam and bounce rate, sends by recipient provider, replies by type, and Google and Outlook placement tests. Through the API, warm-up can be started, paused or turned off per mailbox. Each mailbox sends 75+ warm-up emails a day: 25+ to Google recipients, 25 to Outlook, 25 to other providers. Reply-rate trends per mailbox are not shown.

The same page lists plans from $62.5 a month. That is the price of 25 mailboxes; the minimum is 12 mailboxes, $30 a month.
