Outreach2day Pricing 2026: $2.50 per Mailbox, $30 Minimum

Short answer: Outreach2day costs $2.50 per mailbox a month at list price. The minimum is 12 mailboxes, so the smallest bill is $30 a month. Volume discounts are available for large orders. Warm-up, the sending engine and per-mailbox analytics are included. Domains are paid per year: $13 for a .com, $5 for a .info. There is no platform fee, no contract and no free trial.

You pay monthly by card. Domains you buy in the app are registered for 1 year in your name.

What You Pay at Common Sizes

We recommend up to 25 cold emails per mailbox a day and up to 5 mailboxes per domain. At that rate:

Mailbox amounts are at the list price, and domain costs are before the card processing fee. A .info costs $5 instead of $13; give it two extra weeks of warm-up.

Volume Discounts and Bulk Mailbox Pricing

$2.50 per mailbox a month is the list price. Volume discounts are available for large orders. The discount depends on the order, so it is not published: book a call or contact sales through support@outreach2day.com for bulk mailbox pricing.

Is $2.50 per Mailbox Expensive for Small Senders?

Some third-party pages say the flat price may be expensive for small senders. It depends on what else you pay for.

If you need a sending engine too, the $30 minimum includes it. The same 12 mailboxes elsewhere cost this much for the mailboxes alone, before a sequencer (list prices checked September 28, 2026; sources on each comparison page):

If you need only 1 to 5 mailboxes, Outreach2day is not the cheapest option. Our minimum is 12 mailboxes. A provider without a minimum costs less.

Why There Is No Free Trial

There is no free trial. Instead, there is no contract: you pay month to month and can cancel any time in the in-app chat or at support@outreach2day.com. The smallest commitment is one month at $30 for 12 mailboxes.

A new mailbox also needs about three weeks before it sends at full volume: warm-up only for the first 14 days, cold email at a low volume after that, and full volume from day 21. A short trial would end before the first cold email.

Billing Rules

• Adding mailboxes mid-month: charged right away, prorated.

• Removing mailboxes: no credit for the current month.

• Cancelling: no charge after the month you have paid for. The mailboxes are deleted and cannot be restored; the domains stay yours.

• Refunds: the terms say fees are non-refundable, including for a partial month.

• Burned domain: replace the domain and keep paying the same for mailboxes. You pay for mailbox slots, not specific addresses; only the new domain costs money.

• Domain renewal: not automatic. When a domain expires, its mailboxes stop working.

What Is Not in the Price

• Domains, paid per year.

• Lead lists and email copy: Outreach2day is software and does not find leads or write emails.

• An inbox placement guarantee: placement is measured per mailbox, not promised.

Who the Pricing Fits

• Agencies and outbound teams with 12 or more mailboxes.

• Teams that want warm-up, a sending engine and analytics in one bill.

• Agencies with several clients: workspaces are free, so each client gets its own at no extra cost.
