Mailreef charges per dedicated mail server, not per mailbox: $249 a month on Agency Flex, month to month, or $240 a month on Agency with a 12-month commitment, plus $0.001 for every send. Mailboxes on the server are free and unlimited. Enterprise is "Special Pricing" on a quote. Warmup, the sequencer and domains are not in the price, and payments are never refunded.

Prices below are from mailreef.com/pricing, its terms and its help center, checked November 2, 2026; they match what we read on October 18.

The send fee is $1 per 1,000 sends. Mailreef's help center caps a server at 100,000 emails a month, 50,000 cold and 50,000 warmup, and says to add a server above that.

What the Price Includes

Every plan lists a dedicated mail server and IP, 150+ mailboxes a server, bring-your-own domains, one-click domain purchases, one-click mailbox creation, automatic SPF, DKIM and DMARC, live technical support, screening for spammers, developer API access, server and mailbox monitoring and Smartlead and Instantly integration. The plan grid also names unlimited free inboxes, pre-warmed servers, domains and mailboxes and delivery consulting, without prices.

Not included: warmup (its help center asks for an outside warmup tool at a 1:1 cold-to-warm ratio), the sequencer and domain prices. We found no public API docs and no MCP server.

Limits, Domains and Terms

Mailreef recommends at most 3 mailboxes a domain and 50 emails a mailbox, with a 1:1 ratio of cold to warmup sends. One of its comparison pages says there are no daily sending or mailbox limits, which contradicts that note. Domains are your own or bought in one click at a price Mailreef does not publish.

Its terms say payments "shall not be refundable under any circumstances", and a downgrade of servers or IPs starts a 120-day cooling-off period before you can add them back. There is no free trial, only a free demo, and every customer is screened before mailboxes are created. Mailreef LLC is a Delaware company of Dabble Holdings.

What Mailreef Costs at 2,500 Emails a Day

Monthly cost on monthly billing at the same cold emails a day on every row. Mailreef runs at 25 cold emails a mailbox a day, as ours (it allows up to 50), one server per 50,000 cold emails a month and per 150 mailboxes, plus sends and the cheapest Instantly plan for sending and warmup (method). Mailreef's domain price is not published, so its row is a floor. Above one server's 150 mailboxes Mailreef prices on its Enterprise quote, so the table stops at 2,500 a day.

Mailreef vs Outreach2day

At 2,500 a day the full setup costs less with us. Our $2.50 is the month-to-month price ($1.50 from 100, $0.50 from 1,000) with warmup for the life of the mailbox and our own sequencer, so there is no server fee, send fee, warmup tool or sequencer plan to add, and you can cancel at the end of any month. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox.

The side-by-side comparison is in Outreach2day vs Mailreef, the rest of Mailreef's features and terms are in our Mailreef review, and other options are priced in Mailreef alternatives. Another vendor with dedicated IPs is in Inframail pricing.

Two other vendors with dedicated IPs and their own terms are compared in Outreach2day vs Inframail and Outreach2day vs Mission Inbox; a self-serve SMTP vendor at $69 for 50 mailboxes is in our Winnr review.
