Mailshake Pricing 2026: $29 to $99 per User, $12 Mailboxes

Mailshake charges per user: Starter is $29 a month, Email Outreach $49 and Sales Engagement $99, or $25, $45 and $85 a month on yearly billing. The plan also sets how many mail accounts each user can connect: 1, 2 or 10. Warmup, email verification and uploaded contacts are unlimited on every plan. Ready-to-use mailboxes are $12 a month for one domain with five mailboxes. There is no free trial and no refunds.

Mailshake Plans and Prices

Yearly billing takes 8% to 14% off, depending on the plan; the page shows the yearly prices but no percentage. Agency seats in the help center are $59 a seat a month ($699 a year) on Email Outreach and $99 ($999 a year) on Sales Engagement, with a five-seat minimum.

Email Outreach adds rotation across sending addresses, a unified inbox and native Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot. Sales Engagement adds a power dialer with 5 phone numbers, phone and LinkedIn tasks, 2,500 Data Finder credits and an onboarding call.

Costs on Top of the Plan

A pack of five mailboxes works out at $2.40 a mailbox a month with the domain included, and Mailshake sets the SPF, MX and DKIM records. Each mailbox still needs a mail account slot, and slots come with users: one Sales Engagement user covers 10.

What Mailshake Costs at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 Emails a Day

At 25 cold emails per mailbox a day the three volumes need 40, 200 and 400 mailboxes. Sends are unlimited from Email Outreach up, so the mailbox count sets the number of users: 4, 20 and 40 users of Sales Engagement at 10 mail accounts each. On Email Outreach, at 2 per user, 40 mailboxes would need 20 users ($980).

Mailshake's own packs come out a little below our mailboxes plus domains inside Mailshake, because the domain is in the $12. The users are the large line either way. A campaign rotates across at most 50 sending addresses, so 400 mailboxes run across eight or more campaigns.

Cost per 1,000 Emails

Starter caps sending at 1,500 emails a month, so one Starter user sending the full allowance pays $19.33 per 1,000 emails. From Email Outreach up sends are unlimited, and the cost per email depends on how much each mailbox sends: one Sales Engagement user with 10 mailboxes at 25 a day sends 5,500 emails a month, $18 per 1,000.

Free Trial, Refunds and Coupons

• Free trial: none. Mailshake's pricing FAQ says it collects payment up front and offers onboarding and deliverability training instead. Only Data Finder has a free tier of 50 one-time credits.

• Refunds: none, including pro-rated refunds on cancellation. A downgrade leaves pro-rated credit on the account. Cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again.

• Coupons: Mailshake's own pages show no coupon or promo; the only discount is yearly billing.

• Campaign data is deleted 30 days after a subscription expires.

Who Each Plan Fits

Starter is for testing: one mailbox and 1,500 emails a month. Email Outreach is the plan for a rep who sends from two addresses with CRM sync. Sales Engagement is the plan for volume, because 10 mail accounts per user is the only way the user count stays reasonable, and it adds the dialer and LinkedIn tasks. Agency fits client work with combined billing.

Mailshake's edge is the sales engagement around the email: the dialer, LinkedIn tasks and Data Finder. Outreach2day is mailboxes, warmup and an email sequencer in one subscription at $2.50 a mailbox, $543.33 a month at 5,000 emails a day, with no users to buy; it has no dialer or database.
