Larger plans and custom counts are sold on the pricing page and in the app. In this post we compare Maildoso at its entry-plan rate of $2.50 per mailbox. You buy a license for a number of mailboxes, not specific accounts, so deleting and recreating a mailbox does not cost extra.

There is no annual billing. The toggle offers monthly and "Quarterly (legacy)" plans; the legacy plans include domains.

Maildoso does not discount: "No, we have a no-discount policy. Our prices are the same for all users, and we do not run promotions or sales."

What the Plans Include

  • SMTP mailboxes on Maildoso's own servers and IPs, with IP rotation.

  • Self-healing mailboxes and CAPTCHA domain protection.

  • Inbox placement tests every 3 days and a health score for each mailbox.

  • API and MCP access on every plan.

  • Free deliverability audits.

  • Sync to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, plus CSV export.

Not included: warm-up and a sending engine. The pricing page is direct about warm-up: "For any new mailboxes and domains, you must run a warm-up for at least 14 days before launching your first campaign." Each mailbox can send "up to 15 cold emails / 80 warm-up emails per day, no slow ramp-up". Its Google Workspace page says it is not offering new Google Workspace mailboxes at the moment, and we found no Microsoft 365 option.

Maildoso pricing

Domains stay registered with Maildoso while you use the service. You can ask for them back, and Maildoso says it will transfer them "at no charge at the end of your subscription."

We found no free trial. The pricing page lists a 30-day money-back guarantee for new users on monthly SMTP packages. The terms narrow it to one case: "A refund may be issued if the client's mailboxes fail to send emails for 3 or more consecutive days due to a fault on Maildoso's side." Domains are not refunded.

What Maildoso Costs at 25, 100 and 400 Mailboxes

This is the same model as our provider comparison: 550 cold emails per mailbox a month (25 a day on 22 working days), monthly list prices, domains left out. Maildoso caps cold sending at 15 a day, so the same volume needs more Maildoso mailboxes. We count how many, price them at $2.50 each (Maildoso's rate on its 30-mailbox plan, $75 a month), and add the cheapest Instantly plan for warm-up and sending.

For the same email volume, Outreach2day costs less at every size in this table: $139.50 a month less at 25 mailboxes, $264.50 at 100 and $851.50 at 400. The gap comes from two lines Maildoso doesn't have: warm-up and a sending engine, which we include in the $2.50.

If you use a different sequencer or warm-up tool, replace the Instantly line with its price.

Maildoso vs Outreach2day

Outreach2day charges $2.50 per mailbox a month with warm-up, a sending engine (campaigns, sequences, one inbox for replies) and analytics included, from 12 mailboxes ($30), billed monthly by card. Domains are $13 a year for a .com and $5 for a .info. See pricing.

With us, one subscription covers what takes Maildoso plus a sequencer, and each mailbox can send up to 25 cold emails a day instead of 15. Both sell SMTP mailboxes; Maildoso's Google Workspace product is currently unavailable, and we sell neither Google Workspace nor Microsoft 365. The side-by-side is at Outreach2day vs Maildoso, and other options are in Maildoso alternatives.

How many cold emails can a Maildoso mailbox send?

Up to 15 cold emails and 80 warm-up emails a day, per the pricing page.
