InboxKit review: flexible Google and Microsoft mailboxes, with warm-up and sending billed on top
InboxKit is a good way to buy one or a thousand Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes without a plan or a minimum. The headline $2.50 is the annual rate; month to month it is $3, warm-up is another $3 per mailbox, and you still need a sequencer.
- Warm-up and sending included
- $2.50 a mailbox, 12 minimum
- Month-to-month billing

Who InboxKit fits
Pick InboxKit if
- You need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes specifically
- You want no minimum and per-mailbox renewal dates
- You can commit to annual billing to reach $2.50
- You automate provisioning through an API with webhooks
Look elsewhere if
- You want warm-up inside the mailbox price
- You want a discount for volume on monthly billing
- You may need a refund after topping up the wallet
- You want an MCP server for an AI assistant
What InboxKit is
InboxKit sells mailboxes on your own domains: Google Workspace on US IPs, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft mailboxes hosted in an Azure tenant. Every domain gets its own admin panel, DNS is set automatically, and the mailboxes are pushed to one of 24+ sending tools through an integration or an app password.
Billing works from a prepaid wallet. There are no plans or slots: each mailbox renews on its own date and draws from the balance. That suits agencies that add and drop clients every week, and it is why InboxKit has no minimum order.
The company behind it, Enrich Labs in Dubai, also runs SendKit, a sequencer, and Enrich, a contact database. InboxKit itself stops at the mailbox: it does not send campaigns.

InboxKit pricing
| Plan | Price | Mailboxes | Per mailbox | Billing | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 | $3.00 a month | per mailbox, from 1 | $3.00 | monthly | Automated DNS, an admin panel per domain, API with webhooks source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab) |
| Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 | $2.70 a month | per mailbox | $2.70 | quarterly | Billed upfront for the quarter source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab) |
| Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 | $2.50 a month | per mailbox | $2.50 | annual | Billed yearly from the wallet source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab) |
| Azure tenant | $30 a month | up to 100 per tenant | $0.30 at 100 | monthly | Azure-hosted Microsoft mailboxes source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab) |
| Isolated Warmup | $3 a mailbox a month | per mailbox | $3.00 | monthly | Ramps from 2 to 40 emails a day source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab) |
List prices from InboxKit's pricing page, checked . Taxes and card fees excluded.
- No plans, slots or setup fees: a prepaid wallet, each mailbox renewing on its own date source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
- No volume discount; the billing cycle is the only discount source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
- Domains, InfraGuard monitoring and placement tests cost extra; InfraGuard's per-domain price is not published, first month free source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
- Domains through InboxKit from $2 a year source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
- The Azure unit reads "per tenant" on the pricing card and "per domain" in the pricing header and llms.txt source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
The mailbox price depends only on the billing cycle: $3.00 monthly, $2.70 quarterly, $2.50 on annual. Volume does not lower it, which is unusual in this market; at 1,000 mailboxes you pay the same rate as at 10.
The add-ons are where the bill grows. Isolated Warmup costs as much as the mailbox, $3 a month, so 100 monthly mailboxes with warm-up come to $600 a month before domains or a sequencer. InfraGuard monitoring is billed per domain at a price InboxKit does not publish, with the first month free.
The Azure tenant is the cheap corner of the price list: $30 a month for up to 100 Microsoft mailboxes, $0.30 each when full. InboxKit's own pages disagree on whether that $30 is per tenant or per domain, so confirm it in the app before you plan around it.

In detail
What the wallet means for refunds
Money in the wallet is spent, from InboxKit's point of view. The refund policy, in its September 22, 2026 version, makes top-ups, subscriptions and renewals non-refundable, rules out pro-rata refunds and forfeits the balance if you close the account.
The exceptions are narrow and discretionary: duplicate billing, a service that was never delivered, a platform outage over 72 hours. A delivery more than 48 hours late earns pro-rata credit. Top up for a month at a time if you are still testing.
API, integrations and the missing MCP server
The REST API is one of InboxKit's strongest points: orders, workspaces, domain registration, DNS and DMARC, mailboxes, sequencer exports and billing, with webhooks, on every mailbox. Teams that provision mailboxes from their own tooling can automate the whole order.
We found no MCP server in InboxKit's docs on October 8, 2026. If you want an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to order domains and mailboxes for you, Maildoso, Zapmail, Cheap Inboxes, the Forge products and Outreach2day publish one.
InboxKit ratings
InboxKit's home page cites 4.9 on G2. G2 did not load for us and we found no Trustpilot page for inboxkit.com, so we show no score.
InboxKit or Outreach2day
We sell cold email mailboxes too. Where our product fits this buyer and where it does not.
Outreach2day fits if

- You want an AI assistant to run setup through our MCP server
Stay with InboxKit if
- Your clients require Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts
- You need fewer than 12 mailboxes
- You already pay for a sequencer and only want the mailbox line

InboxKit review: questions
How much does InboxKit cost per mailbox?
$3.00 a month on monthly billing, $2.70 on quarterly and $2.50 on annual, the same for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Warm-up is an extra $3 per mailbox a month.
Does InboxKit include warm-up?
No. Isolated Warmup is an add-on at $3 per mailbox a month that ramps from 2 to 40 emails a day.
Does InboxKit have a minimum order?
No. You can buy a single mailbox; each mailbox renews on its own date from a prepaid wallet.

Does InboxKit have an API or MCP server?
It has a REST API with webhooks on every mailbox. We found no MCP server on its site or in its docs.
What rating does InboxKit have?
Its home page cites 4.9 on G2. We could not load G2 to check it and found no Trustpilot page for inboxkit.com.
