Who Inframail fits
Pick Inframail if
- You run 200 to 1,000 inboxes and want one flat bill
- You want a dedicated IP that no other customer shares
- Microsoft-backed inboxes suit your list
- You already warm up and send in Instantly, Smartlead or ReachInbox
Look elsewhere if
- You need Google Workspace inboxes
- You run fewer than 50 inboxes
- You want documented API access or an MCP server
- You want warm-up from the vendor without the $797 package
What Inframail is
Inframail creates Microsoft-backed inboxes on your domains, sets SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and runs them on dedicated US IPs: one on the Unlimited plan, three on the Agency Pack. Inboxes export to Instantly, Smartlead and ReachInbox.
The plan limits email volume and IPs; inboxes are unlimited. Inframail recommends up to 400 inboxes on Unlimited and up to 1,000 on Agency Pack, and lists a safe limit of 50 emails per inbox a day.
There is also a done-for-you package at $797 a month with a three-month minimum, which adds warm-up, a sending platform, 40,000 contacts and an AI reply agent.
Flat-rate infrastructure: unlimited Microsoft-backed inboxes on your domains with dedicated US IPs and automatic DNS; sending runs in your sequencer source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab) Inframail LLC, New York source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)

In detail
Microsoft only
Every Inframail inbox is Microsoft-backed. There is no Google Workspace option and no plain SMTP. If your list is mostly on Google, test placement before you move volume; Microsoft-hosted senders and Gmail recipients do not always agree.
The dedicated IP is yours on the plan, so reputation is not shared with other customers. It also means one IP carries 80,000 emails a month, and a problem on it affects every inbox on the plan.
Refunds and support
Subscription fees are non-refundable with one carve-out: a 30-day money-back guarantee on email hosting and domain migration. Domain purchases can be refunded within 48 hours. Other cases are reviewed one by one.
Support answers by email seven days a week, and plans include a deliverability consultant. We found no public API documentation even though the plans list API access, and no MCP server.
