Inframail alternatives: seven ways to replace a flat-rate Microsoft setup

Inframail's $147 buys unlimited Microsoft-backed inboxes on one dedicated IP, capped at 80,000 emails a month, with warm-up and sending left to you. People look elsewhere for warm-up in the price, Google or SMTP mailboxes, a smaller bill at small volume, or a documented API. We make Outreach2day and list it first.

  • Warm-up and sending included
  • $2.50 a mailbox, 12 minimum
  • Month-to-month billing

Why each one is a Inframail alternative

  1. 1. Outreach2day: warm-up and sending in the price

Inframail is a flat fee for capacity; we charge $2.50 per mailbox with warm-up and a sending engine included, from 12 mailboxes. Up to 58 mailboxes the bill is under $147 with nothing else to buy. Mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP on your domains, and the MCP server lets an AI assistant run the setup.

  2. 2. Maildoso: SMTP volume priced per mailbox

The usual swap for teams that want to keep a flat, low cost at scale without one IP carrying everything: $225 for 300 SMTP mailboxes on rotating IPs, up to 15 cold emails each a day. Warm-up stays in your own tool, as with Inframail.

    Maildoso review

  3. 3. Infraforge: dedicated IPs with SMTP mailboxes

If the dedicated IP is why you chose Inframail, Infraforge keeps it, with SMTP/IMAP mailboxes from $4 down to $3 a month and extra IPs at $99. It bills quarterly or yearly only and gives no refunds.

  4. 4. Mailreef: a dedicated server with free mailboxes

The closest pricing model: Mailreef charges per dedicated server ($240 a month on annual, $249 monthly) plus $0.001 a send, and mailboxes are free. Customers are screened before they get access.

  5. 5. Hypertide: Microsoft Entra priced per domain

Stay on Microsoft but pay per domain: $25 a month for 25 Entra inboxes, each domain in its own tenant with its own IP. Starting requires a $500 credit deposit.

  6. 6. Zapmail: Google and Microsoft with warm-up handled

Moving to Google Workspace or keeping Microsoft 365 with warm-up done for you: plans of 10, 30 and 100 at $39, $99 and $299, an MCP server, no refunds.

    Zapmail review

  7. 7. Mailforge: cheap SMTP inside the Forge stack

The cheapest per-mailbox SMTP of the Forge products, $3 down to $2 a month, on shared IPs; you give up Inframail's IP isolation for a lower price and monthly billing.

Choosing

What Inframail's flat price hides

Inframail's terms bill every 28 days, so 13 invoices a year: $1,911 on Unlimited. The yearly discount is advertised as 30% without a published price.

Unlimited inboxes still share one IP and 80,000 emails a month. Past that, Agency Pack is $387 for three IPs and 300,000 emails. Plan on the email cap; the inbox count is the easy part.

Choosing by the reason you are leaving

Warm-up and sending in one bill: Outreach2day. Google Workspace: Zapmail. Keeping a dedicated IP: Infraforge or Mailreef. Staying on Microsoft for less per domain: Hypertide. Hundreds of SMTP mailboxes at a volume price: Outreach2day, quoted on a call.

The full Inframail review has the plans, limits and refund terms with sources; Maildoso vs Inframail puts the two most common choices side by side.
