Inframail Pricing 2026: $147 Unlimited, $387 Agency Pack

Inframail charges a flat fee instead of a price per inbox: $147 a month on the Unlimited plan for unlimited Microsoft-backed inboxes and 80,000 cold emails, and $387 on Agency Pack for 300,000. A done-for-you plan with 400 inboxes, warmup and a sending platform is $797 a month with a 3-month minimum. A "month" is a 28-day cycle, so there are 13 invoices a year. Warmup and the sequencer are not in the two self-serve plans.

Prices below are from the pricing section of inframail.io (there is no separate pricing page) and its terms of service, checked November 2, 2026. Plan prices match what we read on October 8; the yearly prices, now shown behind the toggle, are new.

Inframail Plans and Prices

Yearly billing is marked "Save 30%". The toggle computes the yearly figure as 70% of the price over 13 cycles a year, so $147 becomes $111.48 a month. In calendar months, $147 every 28 days is about $159.

What the Price Includes

• Unlimited Microsoft-backed inboxes on your domains with automatic DNS, "from domains to inboxes in 180 seconds".

• 1 dedicated US IP on Unlimited and 3 on Agency Pack, a deliverability consultant and priority support on both.

• IP and domain health with automatic blacklist delisting requests, custom tracking domains and Phantom redirect.

• Export to Instantly, Smartlead and ReachInbox, and "API Access" (we found no public docs).

• On the done-for-you plan: 80 .com domains, warmup, a sending platform, 40,000 B2B contacts and an AI agent that replies to leads.

Not included on Unlimited and Agency Pack: warmup ("warm up new inboxes the same way you would on any platform"), the sequencer and domain prices in the app. No Google Workspace and no MCP server.

Domains, Limits and Terms

Your own domains cost $5 each, one time, to connect. Domains bought in the app are priced only after sign-up; 10 .com domains are free at sign-up with the code 10FREECOM, and bought domains stay yours if you leave.

The comparison table on its home page gives 50 emails an inbox a day as the safe limit; its calculator plans 10 an inbox a day on 5 inboxes a domain. The plan caps are 80,000 and 300,000 cold emails a month.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except a 30-day money-back guarantee on email hosting and domain migration; domain purchases are refundable within 48 hours. There is no free trial and no long-term contract. Inframail LLC is based in New York.

What Inframail Costs at 5,000 Emails a Day

At 5,000 cold emails a day (110,000 a month) Inframail needs Agency Pack, since Unlimited stops at 80,000, plus a sequencer to send and warm up. Monthly cost at the same emails a day on every row, with the cheapest Instantly plan (method); Inframail domains are not priced, so its row is a floor. Outreach2day: 25 a day per mailbox, .com domains at $13 a year.

Above 300,000 cold emails a month, about 13,600 a day, Inframail publishes no plan. Outreach2day is $716.67 a month at 25,000 a day and $2,866.67 at 100,000, with our mailboxes at $0.50 from 1,000. At 2,500 a day the Unlimited plan and Instantly Hypergrowth come to $244 before domains; Outreach2day all-in is $171.67.

At 5,000 a day the full setup costs less with us, and Outreach2day all-in costs less at every volume in this post. Our $2.50 is the month-to-month price ($1.50 from 100, $0.50 from 1,000) with warmup for the life of the mailbox and our own sequencer, billed by calendar month, with no cap on the emails a month. Each mailbox sends 25 cold emails a day from day 14. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox.
