Cost at around 300 inboxes
Maildoso: the 300 pack is $225 a month; at 15 cold emails each, 300 mailboxes can send up to 4,500 a day. Domains are $15 a year each.
Inframail: Unlimited is $147 every 28 days, 13 bills a year, for up to 80,000 cold emails a month on one IP, roughly 2,700 a day over 30 days. For more you move to Agency Pack, $387 for 300,000 a month on three IPs. Your own domains cost $5 once to connect.
So at the same 300 inboxes, Inframail is cheaper but sends fewer emails on Unlimited; matched on volume, Agency Pack costs more than Maildoso's 300 pack.
Where they differ
SMTP on rotating IPs or Microsoft on a dedicated IP
Maildoso's mailboxes are SMTP on its own servers, rotating IPs and replacing them when they fail. Inframail's are Microsoft-backed, on one or three US IPs reserved for your account, so reputation is yours alone, good or bad.
Automation
Maildoso has a documented REST API and a hosted MCP server. Inframail lists API access on its plans but we found no public docs, and no MCP server.
Refunds
Maildoso pays its 30-day guarantee only when mailboxes fail to send for 3+ days through its fault. Inframail gives 30 days money back on hosting and domain migration and refunds domains within 48 hours.
Which one to pick
Pick Maildoso if
- You want SMTP packs of 300 or 1,000 and run warm-up elsewhere
- You want an MCP server and a documented API
- Your sends spread across many mailboxes at 15 a day
Pick Inframail if
- You want Microsoft-backed inboxes on IPs nobody else uses
- You fill 200 to 400 inboxes and stay under 80,000 emails a month
- You prefer one flat bill to per-mailbox math
Where Outreach2day fits
We sell cold email mailboxes too, so this section is ours. The comparison above does not rank us.
Neither includes warm-up or sending, which is most of what Outreach2day adds: $2.50 a mailbox with both, 25 cold emails a day each. From 1,000 mailboxes we quote a volume price per mailbox below both list prices, with warm-up and sending still included; book a call for the number. At up to 58 mailboxes our list price already comes in under Inframail's flat $147.
From 1,000 mailboxes Outreach2day quotes a volume price below the per-mailbox list price of every vendor in our comparisons, including Maildoso's $0.49, with warm-up and sending in the price. Book a call and we quote your volume.
