LiteMail review: $37 for 10 inboxes, $2.83 at 300, and no refunds

LiteMail sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes on US/EU IPs from a self-serve dashboard: $37 for 10, $97 for 30, $297 for 100, $849 for 300 a month, up to 25 emails per inbox a day, with an API and OAuth export to Instantly and Smartlead. Its "from $2.50" headline is below every published plan, warmup comes as pre-warmed inboxes at a higher price, and nothing is refunded. It suits teams that want Google or Microsoft inboxes without a sales call; for warmup and sending in one bill, Outreach2day costs less.

Overview

What LiteMail is

LiteMail.ai is run by IYRIX LLC, a California company, under terms governed by Delaware law. The terms describe it as a reseller of email accounts from various providers and say it is not responsible for the suspension or health of accounts once purchased.

You buy a plan in the dashboard, connect your domains or buy them at $15 a year, and LiteMail creates the inboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, profile pictures and sender names. Inboxes export to Instantly and Smartlead by OAuth; the terms also name ReachInbox. Its public API covers workspaces, mailboxes, domains, DNS, exports and a prepaid wallet.

It sends nothing itself. Fresh inboxes are handed over without a warmup tool described; LiteMail sells pre-warmed Google and Microsoft inboxes, warmed 4+ weeks, as a separate line.

Add-ons and extra costs

Fresh inboxes come in four plans with the same prices for Google and Microsoft: Starter $37 for 10 ($3.70 each), Growth $97 for 30 ($3.23), Pro $297 for 100 ($2.97) and Scale $849 for 300 ($2.83). Extra inboxes cost the plan's rate, $3.50 down to $2.85. The "from $2.50" on every page is not a published plan rate.

Pre-warmed Google inboxes run $39 for 5 up to $299 for 60, $4.98 to $7.80 an inbox, and the first month adds the domains: $54 instead of $39 on the smallest plan. Each plan's daily cap is 25 emails per inbox. Domains are $15 a year, or bring your own.

Outreach2day is $2.50 a mailbox from 12 with warmup and its own sequencer in the price, month to month, and pre-warmed SMTP mailboxes at $4 a month.

Monthly list prices on monthly billing. Sending volume = mailboxes × emails per mailbox a day (LiteMail: 25, the plan limit (250 a day for 10 inboxes); domains at 5 inboxes each, as its pre-warmed plans pair them; Outreach2day: 25) × 22 sending days; the Instantly plan is the cheapest one that covers it. LiteMail domains at $15 a year, 5 mailboxes per domain; Outreach2day .com domains at $13 a year, 5 mailboxes per domain. Domains spread over 12 months. Above 1,000 mailboxes Outreach2day prices on a call.

At 25 cold emails per inbox a day on both sides: 50 LiteMail inboxes with Instantly are $271.50 a month, 100 are $419 and 500 are $1,902. Outreach2day is $135.83, $271.67 and $1,358.33 with warmup, the sequencer and domains; from 1,000 mailboxes we quote a volume price on a call.

The LiteMail rows price fresh inboxes, which arrive without warmup; Instantly's plan covers warmup in the table. Pre-warmed LiteMail inboxes cost more.

What LiteMail does well

  • Self-serve checkout for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 at the same price
  • US/EU IPs and admin-console access to the mailboxes
  • A documented API and OAuth export to Instantly and Smartlead
  • Pre-warmed inboxes when you cannot wait for warmup

Verdict

LiteMail is a reasonable self-serve source of Google or Microsoft inboxes for teams that already run Instantly or Smartlead and are happy to warm there. Price it on the plans: $2.97 an inbox at 100 and $2.83 at 300, before domains and the sequencer.

If you want warmup and sending in one bill, 100 Outreach2day mailboxes are $271.67 a month with domains, warmup and our sequencer, against $419 for 100 LiteMail inboxes with Instantly.

Switching

Moving from LiteMail to Outreach2day

  1. Keep your sequencer

Connect Instantly or Smartlead in Outreach2day with an API key and the warm mailboxes are added to your account; other tools take a CSV in their import format, or SMTP/IMAP logins. How the export works

  2. Or move the campaigns

Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the LiteMail mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel LiteMail for the end of its billing period.

LiteMail cancels any time and stops at the end of the paid period, then deprovisions the mailboxes and domains. Nothing is refunded, including unused time.

In detail

LiteMail pros and cons

Pros, from LiteMail's own pages: self-serve checkout without a demo call; Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 at the same prices; US/EU IPs; admin-console access to the mailboxes; custom tracking domains; separate workspaces per client; OAuth export to Instantly and Smartlead; and a documented API.

Cons: the advertised $2.50 is lower than any plan; no warmup is described for fresh inboxes, and pre-warmed ones cost more than twice as much; purchases are final; a missed renewal can suspend the inboxes for good; and the terms disclaim responsibility for account health after purchase.

The terms that matter

The refund policy, dated May 2026, says all purchases are final and non-refundable, with two exceptions at LiteMail's discretion: duplicate billing from a system error, and inboxes not provisioned within 7 business days of payment. Cancelling stops the next charge; the account stays active to the end of the paid period, then the mailboxes and domains are deprovisioned.

Invoices are issued up to 5 days before renewal. If a payment fails, the inboxes can be suspended or lost; restoring them takes a new subscription, warmed domains may lose their status, and new inboxes may need up to 14 days of warmup.

Moving to or from LiteMail

Google and Microsoft accounts do not move between resellers, so either direction means new inboxes. Domains bought through LiteMail are deprovisioned when the subscription ends, so settle what happens to them with support before you cancel, and start the new inboxes on new domains while the LiteMail ones keep sending.

The options side by side, priced at 100 inboxes, are on LiteMail alternatives.
