100 mailboxes each. LiteMail and its alternatives at the same mailbox count. Monthly list prices on monthly billing; sending volume = mailboxes × each vendor's recommended emails per mailbox a day × 22 sending days, with the cheapest plan of the sequencer named in each row that covers it (Instantly unless the vendor's mailboxes need another; both include warmup). Domains at each vendor's published price spread over 12 months; "from" means a domain price is not published.

At 100 inboxes LiteMail's Pro plan is $297, 20 domains at $15 a year add $25 and Instantly Hypergrowth $97: $419 a month for 2,500 cold emails a day. InboxKit is from $397 before domains, Endy Inboxes $422 with free domains, Zapmail $432.83, Premium Inboxes from $447, Cheap Inboxes $450.31 and Primeforge $586.67.

Outreach2day is $271.67 with warmup, the sequencer and 20 domains, for the same 2,500 a day. At 500 inboxes LiteMail's Scale plan plus 200 extra inboxes is $1,419 before domains and the sequencer. Each vendor is counted at its own recommended daily volume, so the per-1,000-emails figure is the fair comparison.

Switching

Moving from LiteMail to Outreach2day

  1. Keep your sequencer

Connect Instantly or Smartlead in Outreach2day with an API key and the warm mailboxes are added to your account; other tools take a CSV in their import format, or SMTP/IMAP logins. How the export works

  2. Or move the campaigns

Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the LiteMail mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel LiteMail for the end of its billing period.

LiteMail bills monthly and cancels any time; the subscription stops at the end of the paid period, and then its mailboxes and domains are deprovisioned. Nothing is refunded, including unused time, so cancel just before the renewal invoice, which arrives up to 5 days early.

Choosing

Why LiteMail buyers look elsewhere

The headline price is the first. "From $2.50" appears on every page, while the published plans run $3.70 an inbox on Starter, $2.97 on Pro and $2.83 on Scale. The second is warmup: none is described for fresh inboxes, and pre-warmed ones cost $4.98 to $7.80 an inbox on its plans, with the domains added to the first bill.

The third is the terms. Purchases are final, except duplicate billing or inboxes not delivered within 7 business days, and a missed renewal can suspend inboxes for good, with up to 14 days of warmup on the replacements. Plans, limits and terms with sources are in the LiteMail review.

If pre-warmed inboxes are the reason

LiteMail's pre-warmed Google plans run $39 for 5 inboxes up to $299 for 60, warmed 4+ weeks, plus a first-month charge for the domains. Zapmail also sells pre-warmed Google and Microsoft mailboxes. Outreach2day sells pre-warmed SMTP mailboxes at $4 a mailbox a month, and its new mailboxes warm for 14 days and then send up to 25 cold emails a day. If HyperInboxes was your other option, it has paused new purchases: HyperInboxes review.
