What Puzzle Inbox is

Puzzle Inbox is run by Puzzle Group FZC LLC. You pay through Stripe, fill in an onboarding form with inbox names, your sending tool and, for standard inboxes, the domains you bought at a registrar, and Puzzle Inbox sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC and sends a CSV of logins within 24 to 72 hours. Pre-warmed inboxes come from stock on Puzzle Inbox's own domains.

It sells inboxes only. There is no sequencer, no published API and no MCP server: you import the CSV into Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Saleshandy or another tool, or ask them to load it. Support runs on WhatsApp, live chat and email.

The site doubles as a large content library: a tools directory, comparison pages and a blog of several hundred posts, with an editorial note that affiliate revenue is disclosed inline.

Add-ons and extra costs

Four prices: Outlook 365 Standard $0.35, Outlook Pre-Warmed $0.50, Google Workspace Standard $3.00 and Google Pre-Warmed $4.50 an inbox a month, with no setup fee. Outlook is flat at every volume; Google orders of 150+ get 15% off for life. Subscriptions renew every 29 days.

The per-inbox price only means something next to the sending cap. Puzzle Inbox caps Outlook at 3 cold emails an inbox a day (plus 3 warmup) and Google at 12 (plus 12 warmup). That makes Outlook $0.117 a month for each cold email a day and Google $0.25; an Outreach2day mailbox sends 25 a day, $0.06 at $1.50 and $0.02 at $0.50.

Standard inboxes also need domains you buy yourself, 100 Outlook or 3 Google inboxes each, and they arrive without warmup, so a sequencer that warms is part of the bill. Outreach2day is $2.50 a mailbox up to 99, $1.50 from 100 and $0.50 from 1,000, with warmup and its own sequencer in the price.

    Connect Instantly or Smartlead in Outreach2day with an API key and the warm mailboxes are added to your account; other tools take a CSV in their import format, or SMTP/IMAP logins. How the export works

  2. Or move the campaigns

    Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

    New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the Puzzle Inbox mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel Puzzle Inbox for the end of its billing period.

Puzzle Inbox renews every 29 days; cancel through WhatsApp at least 5 days before the renewal date, and the inboxes are deleted about 48 hours before it. Nothing is refunded once the onboarding form is in.

Refunds need all three: no onboarding form submitted yet, a request within 24 hours of payment, and no provisioning started. Suspended inboxes are not refunded under any circumstances; a replacement is at Puzzle Inbox's discretion and never when your sending caused the suspension.

Subscriptions renew every 29 days. Cancel through WhatsApp at least 5 days before the renewal date; cancelled inboxes are deleted about 48 hours before it.
