What Puzzle Inbox Costs at 2,500, 5,000 and 25,000 Emails a Day

Monthly cost on monthly billing. Standard inboxes cannot send campaigns or warm up on their own, so the full setup adds the cheapest Instantly plan that covers the emails and new contacts a month (method). Each vendor sends at its own cap: Puzzle Inbox Outlook at 3 cold emails an inbox a day, its lowest cost per email, and Outreach2day at 25. Puzzle Inbox domains are left out (your registrar's price, 100 inboxes each).

Puzzle Inbox vs Outreach2day

At every volume in the table, the full setup costs less with us. An Outreach2day mailbox is $2.50 month to month, $1.50 from 100 and $0.50 from 1,000, with warmup and a sequencer included, and it sends 25 cold emails a day from day 14. Puzzle Inbox's $0.35 is lower per inbox and buys 3 a day. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox; most people think only Google gets there and overpay for it. Our minimum is 12 mailboxes, and neither of us offers a free trial.
