What ScaledMail is

ScaledMail is a managed service: its team buys or connects domains, configures DNS, provisions mailboxes and keeps watching them. You send and warm up from your own tool; the site lists Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison, PlusVibe, Apollo, Lemlist, Saleshandy and others.

Each customer gets separate tenants, and on Microsoft the tenant IP rotates every 15 days. ScaledMail recommends around two weeks of warm-up before scaling and a permanent 2:1 warm-up ratio.

The site names ScaledMail Products LLC; the contract in the terms is with Beanstalk Products LLC, under Florida law.

Three units on one bill. Google Workspace is $3.50 a mailbox with 2–3 mailboxes per domain and up to 25 emails a mailbox a day. Outlook is $50 a domain carrying 25 mailboxes ($2 each) at 10 a day. SMTP is $3.75 a domain carrying 4 mailboxes ($0.94 each), also at 10 a day.

Per email sent, the cheap units are less cheap than they look: an Outlook mailbox at $2 sends 10 a day, a Google mailbox at $3.50 sends 25. ScaledMail's own example for 2,000 emails a day across all three is 42 domains and 218 mailboxes for $397.75 a month, plus $256 if you add reporting.

Reporting is an add-on at $2 a mailbox (Google and SMTP) or $5 a domain (Outlook). Domain prices and pre-warmed inbox prices are not published.

Every package includes a dedicated Slack channel with ScaledMail's team, plus email. For agencies that want a human watching their infrastructure, this is the main reason to choose it over a self-serve vendor.

Terms to know before you buy

All fees are non-refundable, including after a block or suspension by Google or Microsoft. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period. Late payments carry 1.5% a month interest and service is suspended after three unpaid days.
