ScaledMail alternatives: managed and self-serve options for Google, Outlook and SMTP

ScaledMail mixes Google, Outlook and SMTP inboxes, manages them with a Slack channel and leaves warm-up to your sequencer, with every fee non-refundable. Buyers look elsewhere for warm-up in the price, more sends per Outlook or SMTP mailbox, faster setup or an MCP server. We make Outreach2day and list it first.

Why each one is a ScaledMail alternative

  1. 1. Outreach2day: SMTP with warm-up and sending included

ScaledMail's SMTP mailboxes send up to 10 a day; ours send up to 25 cold emails a day at $2.50, with warm-up and a sending engine in that price. Setup is self-serve in minutes rather than 24 to 72 hours. We do not sell Google or Outlook accounts.

  2. 2. Premium Inboxes: done-for-you Google and Microsoft

The closest service model: people build your inboxes, check DNS by hand, upload them to your sequencer and replace burned ones for free, with a Slack channel. $3.50 an inbox under 250, billed every four weeks.

  3. 3. Zapmail: self-serve Google and Microsoft with warm-up

If you mainly bought ScaledMail's Google inboxes, Zapmail sells Google and Microsoft in plans from $39 for 10, says it handles warm-up and runs an MCP server. Refunds are as rare as at ScaledMail.

  4. 4. Mailpool: SMTP, Google and Microsoft in one self-serve account

The same three mailbox types without the managed layer: $3 SMTP, $4 Google, $5 Microsoft an inbox, from a single inbox, plus dedicated IPs at $200. Warm-up is sold as slots.

  5. 5. Hypertide: Outlook priced per domain

ScaledMail's Outlook is $50 a domain for 25 inboxes; Hypertide's Entra is $25 a domain for 25, each domain in its own tenant. It asks for a $500 credit deposit to start.

  6. 6. Cheap Inboxes: Google and Microsoft with an API and MCP

For teams that provision by script or AI agent: 70+ API endpoints with webhooks and an MCP server, Google or Microsoft inboxes from $3.50 down to $2.80.

    Cheap Inboxes review

  7. 7. Maildoso: SMTP packs of 300 and 1,000

If ScaledMail's $3.75-a-domain SMTP is what you use, Maildoso's packs go to $0.75 at 300 and $0.49 at 1,000 mailboxes, up to 15 cold emails a day each.

Choosing

Price per daily email

ScaledMail's cheapest units send least: Outlook at $2 a mailbox and SMTP at $0.94 both cap at 10 emails a day, while Google at $3.50 allows 25. Per daily email that is $0.20, $0.09 and $0.14 a month.

Compare alternatives on the same basis. At 25 a day, our $2.50 mailbox is $0.10 per daily email, with warm-up and sending already in it.

Outreach2day as a ScaledMail alternative

We make Outreach2day and list it first. Where it fits and where it does not.

It fits if

  • You run 1,000+ mailboxes: we quote a volume price below every vendor list price in our comparisons, warm-up and sending included
  • You use ScaledMail's SMTP or Outlook mailboxes and want more sends per mailbox
  • You want warm-up and sending in the same subscription
  • You want self-serve setup in minutes

It does not fit if

  • You need Google Workspace accounts
  • You want a managed team in a Slack channel
  • You need fewer than 12 mailboxes
