Another block on the plans page shows done-for-you setup "Starting a $5/mo"; the done-for-you pricing cards show $4 for Google Workspace, and we use that.

When you place a done-for-you order, the terms say PlusVibe charges, at the time of order, for "one (1) year of domain registration for each domain registered on your behalf; and (b) the first month of Inbox License fees". On refunds: "Fees for DFY Email Accounts — including domain registration and Inbox License fees — are non-refundable".

What PlusVibe Costs at 25, 100 and 400 Mailboxes

Monthly cost on monthly billing at the base credit level. For a sequencer that sells mailboxes, the full setup is the cheapest plan that covers 550 cold emails per mailbox a month (25 a day on 22 working days) plus the same number of done-for-you Google inboxes. That is the same model as our provider comparison. Domains are left out. The volumes are 13,750 emails for 25 mailboxes, 55,000 for 100 and 220,000 for 400.

At 400 mailboxes, 220,000 emails a month is above Business's 150,000, so the cheapest plan is Agency. With mailboxes you already have elsewhere, you pay only the plan: $37, $77 or $497 a month, plus what those mailboxes cost at their provider. On yearly billing the plan line is $30.80, $64.20 and from $415.

PlusVibe vs Outreach2day

Outreach2day charges $2.50 per mailbox a month with warm-up and a sending engine (campaigns, sequences, one inbox for replies) and analytics included, from 12 mailboxes, billed monthly. Domains are $13 a year for a .com and $5 for a .info. See pricing.

At every size in the table, the full setup costs less with us: $250 against $477 at 100 mailboxes, and $1,000 against $2,097 at 400.

Differences to know: PlusVibe sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes (ours are SMTP/IMAP), adds enrichment, isolated servers and white-label, and has a free trial. Placement tests come with our mailboxes too. For every provider scored on the same rules, see cold email infrastructure providers compared.
