Where they differ

Limits

Smartlead's Pro allows 90,000 sends and 30,000 stored contacts; Unlimited Smart has no contact cap. PlusVibe's Business allows 150,000 emails and 100,000 active leads, counting leads in finished campaigns.

Smartlead's help center advises at most 50 emails per sending address a day; PlusVibe recommends 20 to 25 campaign emails per account.

Warm-up and deliverability

Smartlead's warm-up pool tier rises with the plan, and it sells placement tests (SmartDelivery, from $49) and dedicated servers ($39). PlusVibe gives basic warm-up on Personal and advanced on Business, AI IP rotation from Business, and placement tests from $19 a month.

Refunds, API and MCP

Smartlead refunds a new subscription in full within 7 days. PlusVibe publishes no subscription refund policy.

Both put the API and their MCP server on the middle plan and up: Smartlead from Pro, PlusVibe from Business.
