Cheap Inboxes Pricing 2026: $2.80 to $3.50, Azure $18

Cheap Inboxes charges $3.50 a month per Google Workspace or Microsoft inbox under 100, $3.25 from 100, $3.00 from 250 and $2.80 from 1,000. Its new Azure plan is $18 a month per domain with up to 20 inboxes and the domain included ($20 the first month). Domains for the per-inbox plans start at $2.50 a year, and its sister product Cheap Sequencer sends 10,000 emails a month for $29.

Cheap Inboxes Plans and Prices

The estimator applies the per-inbox tiers to Google and Microsoft alike ("Same price for both"). Billing is monthly per active inbox; there is no yearly plan for inboxes.

The pricing page also shows three bundles at 100,000 sends a month: all Google for $960 (320 inboxes at $3 and 107 domains), half Google and half Microsoft for $700, and all Azure for $360 (20 domains). Its sizing assumes 312.5 emails a month per Google inbox, 3 to a domain, and 5,000 emails a month per Azure domain.

What the Price Includes

• Google Workspace Business Starter inboxes with admin access, one domain per isolated workspace.

• SPF, DKIM and DMARC set for you, and setup within 24 hours on the pricing page (its fulfillment policy still says about 48 hours).

• OAuth connection to Cheap Sequencer, Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison and PlusVibe, auto-reconnect within minutes and export to ReachInbox, Reply and lemlist.

• A public API with 70+ endpoints and signed webhooks, and a hosted MCP server.

• 24/7 chat and WhatsApp support.

Not included: a sending tool, unless you add Cheap Sequencer, and a published warmup schedule. The FAQ mentions pre-warmed inboxes; Cheap Sequencer includes unlimited warmup.

Domains, Limits and Terms

Domains start at $2.50 a year, with bundle deals of $9.99 for .com, $2.99 for .pro and $3 for .shop; your own domains connect free, and domains older than 60 days transfer out free. Azure domains are included in the $18.

There is no hard sending limit. Its calculator defaults to 15 emails an inbox a day and 3 inboxes a domain.

The card is charged 5 days before each renewal, cancellation needs 7 days' notice, and inboxes kept over a year may be repriced. Refunds are considered on request, never for Google suspensions or blacklisting. The terms are under Wisconsin law and do not name the company.

What Cheap Inboxes Costs at 2,500, 5,000 and 25,000 Emails a Day

Monthly cost on monthly billing at the same cold emails a day on every row. Per-inbox rows use 15 cold emails an inbox a day and 3 inboxes a domain at $9.99 a year; Azure rows use Cheap Inboxes' own 5,000 emails a domain a month. Both need a sequencer, so each includes the cheapest Instantly plan for the volume (method). Outreach2day: 25 a day per mailbox, .com domains at $13 a year.

At 2,500 a day the Azure row is 11 domains for $198 and Instantly Hypergrowth for $97; the Google row is 167 inboxes at $3.25, 56 domains and the same Instantly plan.

Cheap Inboxes vs Outreach2day

At every size in the table the full setup costs less with us. Our $2.50 is the month-to-month price ($1.50 from 100, $0.50 from 1,000) with warmup for the life of the mailbox and our own sequencer, so there is no sending tool to add. Each mailbox sends 25 cold emails a day from day 14. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox. Most people think only Google gets to the inbox and overpay for it. Cheap Inboxes has no minimum; ours starts at 12 mailboxes.
