What PlusVibe is
PlusVibe is a cold email sequencer. You connect Google Workspace, Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes, it warms them up in a private pool, rotates sending across them and collects replies in a unified inbox. Business adds an AI reply agent that drafts or sends answers by your rules.
It is run by Pipl Software Inc. in Dover, Delaware, and the site still carries the pipl.ai rebrand banner. Plans are priced by emails a month and active leads, with enrichment credits for email finding and verification in each plan.
Done-for-you inboxes are sold next to the plans: Google at $4 a month, Microsoft 365 at $4.50, Azure at $49 per domain. A year of domain registration is charged with the order, and those fees are non-refundable.

Active leads count every lead in any campaign, including finished and paused ones, so long-running accounts fill the limit faster than the email count suggests. More enrichment credits raise the plan price: Personal up to $58, Business up to $220.
Yearly billing gives two months free: $30.80, $64.20 and from $415 a month. The 14-day trial needs no card and allows 1,000 emails from up to 3 accounts.

PlusVibe's own Google inboxes cost $4 each, so 200 of them are $800 a month against $500 for ours, before domains, whose price PlusVibe does not publish.
Outreach2day all-in drops the PlusVibe plan: mailboxes, warmup and our sequencer in one bill, $543 a month at 5,000 emails a day and $1,087 at 10,000. PlusVibe keeps the AI reply agent and enrichment credits, which we do not have.

In detail
Warmup, limits and the AI reply agent
Warmup is unlimited on every plan in a private pool PlusVibe puts at 350,000+ accounts. Its limits guide recommends 20 to 25 campaign emails and 20 warmup emails per account a day, with warmup capped at 50.
The AI reply agent is on Business and up. It can answer at once, after a delay or as a draft, and saves a draft when its confidence is low.
Done-for-you inboxes and who owns them
Done-for-you inboxes are set up in under 24 hours, with admin panel access on request, and domains can be pushed to your own Dynadot account. Domains run a fixed 12-month term, and a failed payment cancels the inboxes and deletes their data.
Outreach2day mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP on your own domains, exported as a CSV in PlusVibe's import format if you keep PlusVibe as the sequencer. Instantly vs PlusVibe and Smartlead vs PlusVibe set it against its closest rivals.
