Snov.io's plans cost $39 a month for Starter, $99 for Pro S, $189 for Pro M, $369 for Pro L and $738 for Ultra on monthly billing, or 25% less on annual billing. They are priced by credits (for search and verification) and recipients (unique leads contacted in a month), with unlimited seats and senders. Warm-up is included. Done-for-you Google mailboxes are $5 a month with domains from $12 a year.

Quarterly billing is 5% off monthly. The Trial plan has no end date and renews each month, so you can keep testing the finder and verifier on it without paying.

What Snov.io Costs at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 Emails a Day

At 25 cold emails per mailbox a day the volumes need 40, 200 and 400 mailboxes. On a 3-step sequence they reach about 7,300, 36,700 and 73,300 recipients a month: Pro S, Pro M and Pro L. Snov.io's default starting limit for Google mailboxes is 15 a day, so you raise it or add mailboxes.

Cost per 1,000 Recipients

Snov.io's ceiling is recipients, so the useful unit is the price per 1,000 people contacted in a month, at monthly billing:

Emails to those recipients are not counted separately, so a 3-step sequence costs the same as a single email. The help center says annual plans reset recipients every 360 days, while the pricing table describes a monthly count; check which applies before you buy a year.

Who Each Plan Fits

Starter fits one person testing outreach: 5,000 recipients, 1,000 credits and only 3 warm-up slots, so few mailboxes. Pro S is the first plan with unlimited warm-up slots and fits a small team sending to 25,000 people a month. Pro M and Pro L fit agencies and larger teams that also use the finder and verifier, since the credits grow faster than the price. Ultra and Custom Ultra are for list building at scale.
