Woodpecker Pricing 2026: From $35 a Month for 500 Prospects

Woodpecker has one plan priced by contacted prospects a month: $35 for 500, $159 for 8,000, $587 for 40,000 and up to $10,312 for 1,000,000, or $9,999 for unlimited sending. Each tier allows 16 emails per contacted prospect, and email accounts and team members are unlimited. Yearly billing costs 8 months of the monthly price, a third off. Integrations and the API, LinkedIn steps and warmup beyond the free slots are add-ons.

Woodpecker Tiers and Prices

The table leaves out some of the 22 tiers in between (25,000, 120,000, 150,000 and steps from 250,000 to 800,000); every one follows the same pattern and is listed on the pricing page. The yearly price is exactly 8 times the monthly price on every tier. Prices exclude VAT.

A contacted prospect counts once per campaign: the same person in five campaigns counts five times. When you reach the limit, campaigns stop reaching new prospects until you upgrade or the billing date renews.

What Every Tier Includes

• Unlimited email accounts (Google, Microsoft, any SMTP/IMAP) and unlimited team members.

• Inbox rotation, adaptive sending, a deliverability monitor and A/B tests.

• Free catch-all verification through Bouncer.

• A number of free warmup slots and Lead Finder credits for its 1+ billion contact database, both rising with the tier.

Costs on Top of the Plan

Warmup is the add-on that grows with the mailbox count. The 8,000 tier has 16 free slots, so 40 mailboxes bought in Woodpecker need 24 extra warmups at $5. Mailboxes you bring with their own warmup, like ours, do not need the slots.

What Woodpecker Costs at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 Emails a Day

At 25 cold emails per mailbox a day the volumes need 40, 200 and 400 mailboxes. Sending each new contact a three-email sequence, that is about 7,300, 36,700 and 73,300 contacted prospects a month: the 8,000, 40,000 and 80,000 tiers.

The Woodpecker-mailbox column leaves out the extra warmups and the $20 integrations add-on. Woodpecker recommends 25 to 35 emails per mailbox a day and advises against more than 50, so the mailbox counts hold on its side too.

Cost per 1,000 Emails

At the full email allowance of a tier, monthly billing: $4.38 per 1,000 on the 500 tier, $2.09 on 2,000, $1.24 on 8,000, $0.92 on 40,000 and $0.85 on 100,000. Prospects, not emails, are what runs out first: a short sequence uses far fewer than 16 emails per prospect, so the real cost per email is higher.

• Free trial: 14 days or 100 emails, whichever comes first, with all features and no card.

• Refunds: only within 3 days of a payment and only if the account was not used. Yearly and pause plans, domains, mailboxes and Lead Finder are non-refundable.

• Coupons: Woodpecker's own pages show no coupon or promo code; yearly billing is the discount, 33% on every tier.

Who Each Tier Fits

The 500 and 2,000 tiers fit a founder or one rep testing a list. From 8,000 up the plan suits teams that send all year, since mailboxes and seats cost nothing extra. Agencies add the panel at $27 per active client. The Unlimited plan at $9,999 costs less than the tiers only at 1,000,000 contacted prospects a month ($10,312); the 800,000 tier is $8,353.

Woodpecker's edge is the extras around sending: automated LinkedIn steps, Lead Finder and an agency panel. Outreach2day is mailboxes, warmup and an email sequencer in one subscription at $2.50 a mailbox, $543.33 a month at 5,000 emails a day, with no prospect count; it has no LinkedIn steps or database.
