ListKit sells one product, the Bundle: $597 a month for 40 Google Workspace inboxes on 20 included domains, warmup, its own sequencer (Email Engine) and 10,000 lead credits, sized for about 1,000 cold emails a day. More volume means more bundles at the same price each, up to 50. There is no smaller plan, no free trial and no refund: ListKit's refund page says all payments are final.

Prices below are from listkit.io/pricing and the ListKit help center, checked November 4, 2026.

Two longer terms take money off: $3,223.80 every 6 months (10% off, $537.30 a month) or $6,089.40 a year (15% off, $507.45 a month). Each bundle is its own subscription with its own renewal date, charged in full the day you add it.

Per inbox, one bundle is $14.93 a month. Per email it is about 2.7 cents over 22 sending days. People at ListKit quote "$0.0199 per email" in posts on X and LinkedIn (July 28 to August 12, 2026); that figure is $597 divided by 30,000, so it assumes sending on all 30 days of the month.

What One Bundle Includes

  • 20 domains, registered by ListKit and covered "for as long as you're subscribed"; the pricing page puts them at about $300 a year.

  • 40 Google Workspace inboxes, 2 per domain. ListKit sells no Microsoft or Outlook mailboxes; you can connect your own.

  • Warmup, and the Email Engine sequencer with a master inbox.

  • 10,000 credits a month: 1 credit per verified email exported or checked, 3 per phone number. Room for 20,000 contacts in active campaigns.

  • An AI script writer (100 credits a use), one onboarding call, a course and a Slack community.

Sending limits from the help center: each inbox ramps 1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21 and then 25 emails a day over its first 7 sending days, so a bundle reaches about 1,000 a day after roughly 9 calendar days. Pre-warmed inboxes, usually on .info domains, are ready within minutes; branded .com domains take up to 72 hours to set up, then 14 days of warmup. The pricing page says campaigns go live in about 3 weeks.

ListKit refunds

Two ListKit pages disagree on how long credits last. The help center says unused credits carry over for 60 days while you stay subscribed; the terms (updated October 9, 2025) say they expire at the end of the billing cycle or 30 days from purchase, whichever is later.

A post on X on October 28, 2026 said ListKit pays affiliates $500 up front per bundle. ListKit's affiliate page, checked November 4, offers a 15% lifetime commission, about $89.55 a month on one bundle. Most public posts that quote ListKit's prices are by people at the company.

What ListKit Costs at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 Emails a Day

ListKit's price already includes inboxes, domains, warmup and sending. Outreach2day includes mailboxes, warmup and our sequencer; domains are $13 a year for a .com, 5 mailboxes a domain, and leads come from the data tool you use. Monthly billing on both sides.

Apollo Basic is $65 a seat a month on monthly billing (Apollo pricing); Snov.io starts at $39 (Snov.io pricing) and Lusha at $49.90 (Lusha pricing). The Apollo column is one seat; how many contacts a seat exports is in the Apollo post. ListKit's bundles carry 10,000 credits each, so 10,000 a day comes with 100,000 credits a month whether or not you export that many contacts.

ListKit vs Outreach2day

ListKit is a single bill for leads, Google inboxes and sending. Outreach2day covers the sending side, mailboxes on our own infrastructure with warmup and our sequencer, at $2.50 a mailbox, $1.50 from 100 and $0.50 from 1,000, month to month from 12 mailboxes. At every volume in the table the sending side costs less with us, with a data tool added on top.

Our mailboxes send up to 25 cold emails a day from day 14, as ListKit's inboxes do after their ramp, and they sync to Instantly and Smartlead if you keep another sequencer. ListKit alternatives puts six other vendors next to the bundle.
