ZoomInfo Pricing 2026: What Is Published and Cost to Send
ZoomInfo does not publish prices: plans are quoted by seats, credits and features, billed yearly. What it does publish and what sending to 5,000 contacts costs.

On this page
ZoomInfo does not publish prices for its paid plans. Its own guide says: "Paid plans are not published at a fixed price. Every contract is scoped based on your team's specific usage requirements." The price depends on seats, credit volume, features, integrations and contract length, and "most paid plans are billed annually upfront." What ZoomInfo does publish: the free ZoomInfo Lite with 10 credits a month, three sales plans (Professional, Copilot Advanced, Copilot Enterprise), and the credit rule: each export of a contact or company profile costs one credit. So this page gives the facts ZoomInfo states and the part of the bill we can price exactly: sending to the list. For 5,000 contacts that is 28 mailboxes on 6 domains, $70 a month with Outreach2day plus $78 a year for domains.
Facts below are from zoominfo.com/pricing and ZoomInfo's own pricing guide, checked October 14, 2026. We do not quote third-party estimates of ZoomInfo contracts.
ZoomInfo Plans
Plan | Price | What ZoomInfo lists |
|---|---|---|
ZoomInfo Lite | Free | 10 credits a month (25 with Community Edition), no card, no annual commitment |
Professional | Not published | Contact and company profiles, search and export, mobile numbers and business email, lists and alerts, CRM integrations, Chrome extension |
Copilot Advanced | Not published | Professional plus location and hierarchy data, account prioritization, buyer intent, website visitors, export of emails to Outreach or Salesloft, workflows |
Copilot Enterprise | Not published | Copilot Advanced plus real-time intent, custom integrations, advanced workflows and reporting, a dedicated customer service manager |
The pricing page also lists Marketing and Talent packages, and a free trial button on each sales plan. Prices come through a "Get Pricing" form.
How ZoomInfo Pricing Works
From ZoomInfo's pricing page and guide:
Pricing is based on "features and functionality", "number of licenses" and "credit usage"
"ZoomInfo credits represent the consumption (export) of a professional or company profile", from the platform, the Chrome extension or an API call from an integration
"Each export costs one credit, and credits can be added to any package as needs change"
Richer credits cover more data: technographics, department budgets, org charts and company event alerts; basic credits cover demographic and firmographic details
Integrations with CRMs and sales tools "typically have a base cost to use and install and require a minimum purchase of bulk credits"
Contracts are scoped per team, and monthly billing "is not standard"
What one contact costs in ZoomInfo is therefore your contract price divided by your credits. Ask for that number in the quote: it is the line to compare with Apollo (1 credit per verified email, 2 to 2.6 cents on a paid seat), Clay (0.5 data credit per work email found, from $185 a month) and Lusha (1 credit per email, from $49.90 a month).
What It Costs to Send to 5,000 or 20,000 ZoomInfo Contacts
The sending side does not depend on where the list came from. Here is the bill for sending every contact 3 emails within one month (22 sending days), at list prices. The data line is your ZoomInfo contract.
Line | 5,000 contacts | 20,000 contacts |
|---|---|---|
ZoomInfo data | 5,000 export credits, at your contract's rate | 20,000 export credits, at your contract's rate |
Verification step | $35: 5,000 checks at Bouncer | $120: 20,000 checks at Bouncer |
Emails to send | 15,000, or 682 a sending day | 60,000, or 2,728 a sending day |
Outreach2day mailboxes at $2.50 | 28: $70 a month | 110: $275 a month |
.com domains, 5 mailboxes each | 6: $78 a year | 22: $286 a year |
First month without the data | $183 | $681 |
How the lines are worked out:
Data. One credit per exported profile, so a list of 5,000 uses 5,000 credits. ZoomInfo sells credits in bulk with the contract.
Verification. A list ages between export and send. A check right before the campaign costs $35 for 5,000 at Bouncer on pay as you go, and $0.006 each from 10,000. Outreach2day does not sell or verify data.
Mailboxes. Each costs $2.50 a month with warmup and the sequencer included. 682 emails a day at 25 per mailbox is 28 mailboxes; 5 mailboxes per domain is 6 domains. The 20,000 list needs 110 mailboxes on 22 domains.
Time. Warmup runs 14 days before the first cold email, then the list goes out over 22 sending days.
The calculator near the top of this post does the same sizing for any daily volume and carries the result into sign-up: "Create N mailboxes" opens the order with that number of mailboxes and domains, and "Email me this plan" sends it to your inbox. A list of more than about 180,000 contacts a month needs 1,000 mailboxes or more; from 1,000 mailboxes we quote a volume price on a call (book it below).
Sending a ZoomInfo List
ZoomInfo lists AI-written emails and dialing on Professional and export of emails to Outreach or Salesloft on Copilot Advanced. Its pricing page does not list a sequencer with mailboxes and warmup for cold email at volume, so a ZoomInfo list usually goes to a separate sending tool. With Outreach2day, export the contacts as a CSV and import them into a campaign; every column becomes a variable. The CSV import steps show the column mapping, and Instantly vs Apollo shows how a data platform and a sequencer split the work. Before the first send, read why bounce rates climb and what to do about it.

How do ZoomInfo credits work?
One credit is one exported contact or company profile, whether from the platform, the Chrome extension or an integration's API call. Credits can be added to a package as needs change.
Does ZoomInfo have a free plan?
Yes. ZoomInfo Lite is free, with 10 credits a month (25 with Community Edition), no card and no annual commitment.
