What Premium Inboxes is

Premium Inboxes calls itself a reseller of official Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 business accounts. Its engineers create the inboxes, verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC by hand and upload the inboxes into Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, Reply.io or EmailBison, with warm-up turned on there.

Replacement inboxes are unlimited and free, most live the same day. Customers get a shared Slack channel with the founder and team.

It recommends no more than 15 cold emails per inbox a day, and its calculator is built on that number.

In detail

Setup speed

Marketing says most inboxes go live in under six hours. The delivery policy commits to 12 business hours, or 6 with a paid priority upgrade, counted from a completed onboarding.

Because setup is done by people, a large first order takes longer than a self-serve tool. The API (100 requests a minute) lets you place orders programmatically once you are set up.

The refund policy

Premium Inboxes has a strict no-refund policy. The one exception is a license that was never activated or used, with no setup done, asked for within 7 days of purchase.

Cancel in the portal and the service runs to the end of the billing period, with no partial refunds.
