Premium Inboxes Pricing 2026: Plans, Add-Ons and Real Cost

Premium Inboxes charges $3.50 per Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inbox a month for 1–249 inboxes, $3.00 for 250–1,249 and $2.80 from 1,250. An Insured Infrastructure tier costs $4.50 per inbox at any volume. The tiers start at 1 inbox, but the order buttons say "Start With 30 Inboxes". Setup and sequencer upload are included. Warm-up runs in your sequencer, and there is no sending engine.

Premium Inboxes Plans and Prices

The annual prices are shown on the pricing page's billing toggle, with "2 Months Free" on the cards. The page has no setup or platform fees: "No setup fees. No platform fees. No contracts. Just per-inbox pricing."

The Insured tier adds a dedicated account manager, a dedicated Slack channel, advanced analytics, priority support, a priority build queue and 24-hour active monitoring. The Operations Tier is a managed service: 24/7 deliverability management, continuous placement testing, incident response and blacklist containment, with the month refunded if sending stops for more than 48 hours.

What the Inbox Price Includes

• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes, at the same price.

• Complete technical setup: DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, checked by hand. Delivery in under 6 hours.

• Upload to your sequencer: Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, Reply.io or Bison.

• Warm-up switched on in your sequencer during setup.

• A real-time dashboard, and 24-hour health checks and alerts from the Growth tier.

• Unlimited replacement inboxes: "An inbox gets flagged, we rebuild it free."

• The client API, on every plan: "It is included on every plan, from the first inbox up."

Not included: a sending engine, and the warm-up itself, which runs in the sequencer you pay for. Placement tests and blacklist monitoring are part of the Operations Tier.

Costs on Top of the Inbox Price

The page's main statement on domains is "You bring the domains, we handle everything else." Other lines on the same page say "Use your domain or one of ours" and that the $3.50 price is "including domains", so check with Premium Inboxes before you order.

We found no free trial. Refunds are narrow: "All sales are final. Once a license is activated, partially used, or has undergone any setup, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances." The one exception is a license that was never activated or set up, with the request made within 7 days of purchase.

What Premium Inboxes Costs at 25, 100 and 400 Mailboxes

Monthly cost at the standard per-inbox tiers. The full setup adds warm-up and a sending engine: we use the cheapest Instantly plan that covers 550 cold emails per mailbox a month (25 a day on 22 working days), because Instantly includes warm-up in the plan. That is the same model as our provider comparison. Domains are left out.

On the Insured tier at $4.50, the inbox line is $112.50, $450 and $1,800. On annual billing ($35 per inbox a year at 25 and 100 inboxes, $30 at 400), the standard inbox line drops to about $72.92, $291.67 and $1,000 a month.

Premium Inboxes vs Outreach2day

Outreach2day charges $2.50 per mailbox a month with warm-up, a sending engine (campaigns, sequences, one inbox for replies) and analytics included, from 12 mailboxes ($30), billed monthly by card. Domains are $13 a year for a .com and $5 for a .info. See pricing.

At every size in the table, the full setup costs less with us: $250 against $447 at 100 mailboxes. Differences to know: Premium Inboxes sets up Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes by hand and uploads them to your sequencer; ours are SMTP/IMAP, with DNS set automatically and warm-up and sending included.
