What Premium Inboxes costs once sending is counted

The price list is in Premium Inboxes pricing 2026, and Outreach2day vs Premium Inboxes puts the two setups side by side.

100 inboxes on Start Up are $350 a month. Premium Inboxes sends no email, so add the sequencer the inboxes are uploaded to: Instantly Hypergrowth at $97 covers the volume, which makes $447 before domains. Ours is $250. At 25 inboxes: $184.50 against $62.50; at 400, where Growth pricing at $3.00 starts at 250, $1,384 against $1,000.

Those totals give both sides the same 25 emails per mailbox a day. At the 15 a day Premium Inboxes recommends, 2,500 cold emails a day take 167 of its inboxes, $584.50 a month, against 100 of ours at $250.

Domains, billing and refunds

Premium Inboxes asks you to bring the domains; one block on its site also offers "your domain or one of ours", with no price. Its calculator puts about 3 inboxes on a domain, so 100 inboxes need 34 domains. We put up to 5 mailboxes on a domain: 20 domains for 100, at $13 a year for a .com, registered to you.

Checkout bills every 4 weeks. 100 inboxes at $3.50 come to $4,550 over 13 charges a year, against $4,200 for twelve months. Once a license is activated nothing is refunded, including unused time in a billing cycle; the one exception is a license never used and claimed within 7 days.

Which alternative fits which Premium Inboxes buyer

You need real Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts: Zapmail or InboxKit sell both, with automated DNS and no hand-built queue. Zapmail handles warmup per its FAQ; at InboxKit it is an add-on.
