30 inboxes: Zapmail Growth is $99 a month. Premium Inboxes is $105 per four-week period (30 × $3.50), which its own calculator shows too.

100 inboxes: Zapmail Pro is $299 a month, $250 on yearly billing. Premium Inboxes is $350 per four weeks.

Who does the work

With Zapmail you buy domains, assign mailboxes and export them in the dashboard, through the API or through its MCP server; setup averages five minutes per its home page.

Premium Inboxes' engineers build the inboxes, check DNS by hand and upload them into your sequencer; its delivery policy promises 12 business hours, 6 with paid priority.

Warm-up and daily volume

Zapmail's FAQ says it handles warm-up, and it sells pre-warmed mailboxes. Premium Inboxes turns warm-up on in your sequencer and recommends no more than 15 cold emails per inbox a day.

Refunds

Both are strict. Zapmail refunds duplicate billing or a setup not done in 7 business days. Premium Inboxes refunds a license never activated, asked for within 7 days.
