What Primeforge is

Primeforge provisions Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes on US IPs, sets DNS and connects them to your sequencer by OAuth. Each domain gets its own Microsoft tenant. It joined the Forge products in May 2025, next to Mailforge (shared SMTP), Infraforge (dedicated SMTP), Warmforge and Salesforge.

Google mailboxes include Super Admin and domain-wide delegation. That lets a developer send through the Gmail API directly, with no sequencer in between and no Primeforge throttling on top of Google's own limits.

Exports go natively to Salesforge, Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, EmailBison, Reply.io, Snov.io and Woodpecker.

The structure matches Mailforge at a higher level. The first 10 slots cost $4.50; add-on slots drop by $0.10 per hundred to $3.50 above 1,000. Yearly billing runs $45 down to $35 a mailbox a year. Google and Microsoft slots cost the same. Primeforge's calculator puts 25 mailboxes at $113 a month, $94 on yearly billing.

Pre-warmed mailboxes, warmed for three months or more, cost $9 a month: the $4.50 slot plus a $4.50 pre-warm charge. The minimum is 4 domains with 3 mailboxes each, and pre-warmed .com domains are $18 a year.

Slots are billed whether a mailbox sits in them or not, and deleting one is scheduled rather than immediate.

In detail

Connecting your own domain

You can bring a domain by switching its nameservers to Primeforge. Existing DNS records and mailboxes on that domain stop working, so never point a domain that carries your company email.

Whether connecting costs anything is unclear: the home page FAQ mentions a connection fee and the help article says it is free. No amount is published.

API, MCP and terms

The Primeforge API comes with the subscription and covers mailboxes, analytics, sign-in codes, exports and pre-warmed stock, with no rate limit enforced today. The shared Forge MCP server covers Primeforge as well.

As with every Forge product: no refunds, and cancelling needs a live-chat request at least seven days before the term ends.
