Mailforge Pricing 2026: Plans, Add-Ons and Real Cost
Mailforge costs $3 per mailbox slot a month, down to $2 above 1,010 slots. What the slot includes, the Forge add-ons, and the cost at 25, 100 and 400 mailboxes.

Mailforge charges $3 per mailbox slot a month on monthly billing, falling to $2 above 1,000 add-on slots, or $30 per slot a year (about $2.50 a month) on yearly billing. The minimum is 10 slots, $30 a month. Warm-up and sending are not in the price: they are separate Forge products (Warmforge and Salesforge) or another tool. Domains are $14 a year, and SSL with domain masking is $2 per domain a month.

Mailforge Plans and Prices
Mailforge has no named plans. It sells slots for SMTP mailboxes on shared infrastructure, and the price per slot depends on how many you buy.

The monthly price falls by $0.10 for every 100 add-on slots. Per the calculator, the first 10 slots are always billed at $3, and the number of slots above 10 sets the tier for the rest. You pay for slots, not mailboxes in use: "If you purchase 10 slots but only create 5 mailboxes, you are still charged for all 10 slots."
Yearly billing gives 2 months free on slots. There is no discount on domains.
What the Slot Price Includes
SMTP mailboxes on a shared IP pool. Google and Microsoft mailboxes are Primeforge, and dedicated IPs are Infraforge, both separate Forge products.
Automated DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and a tracking domain.
Inbox hosting and maintenance, and support.
A public API and an MCP server.
Not included: warm-up, a sending engine and placement tests. The pricing FAQ says each Forge product is billed on its own: "At the moment, you will need to subscribe to each product you want to use separately."

There is no free trial: "we don’t offer a free trial, however, you are free to explore the app without any domains and mailboxes after signing up." There is no contract, and you can cancel any time. The pricing page does not state a refund policy.
What Mailforge Costs at 25, 100 and 400 Mailboxes
Monthly cost on monthly billing, from the slot tiers above. The full setup adds warm-up and a sending engine: we use the cheapest Instantly plan that covers 550 cold emails per mailbox a month (25 a day on 22 working days), because Instantly includes warm-up in the plan. That is the same model as our provider comparison. Domains and masking are left out.

The 400-slot line is 10 slots at $3 plus 390 add-on slots at $2.70. With Warmforge instead of Instantly warm-up, add its per-slot price (at 25 slots, $11 a month billed monthly or $9 billed quarterly), unless you send through Salesforge, which includes Warmforge. With SSL and domain masking on every domain, add $2 per domain a month. On yearly billing the slot cost drops by a sixth ($62.50 a month for 25 slots).
Mailforge vs Outreach2day
Outreach2day charges $2.50 per mailbox a month with warm-up, a sending engine (campaigns, sequences, one inbox for replies) and analytics included, from 12 mailboxes ($30), billed monthly by card. Domains are $13 a year for a .com and $5 for a .info. See pricing.
At every size in the table, the full setup costs less with us: $250 against $397 at 100 mailboxes, before Mailforge's $2 per domain for masking, which we include. Mailforge's slot reaches $2.50 only on yearly billing, without warm-up or sending. Both minimums are $30 a month: 10 slots at Mailforge, 12 mailboxes with us. Both sell SMTP mailboxes. FAQ
How much does Mailforge cost per mailbox?
$3 a month per slot on monthly billing for up to 110 slots, falling by $0.10 per 100 extra slots to $2 above 1,000 add-on slots. Yearly billing is $30 per slot a year (about $2.50 a month), down to $20.
Does Mailforge include warm-up?
No. Warm-up is Warmforge, a separate product with per-slot pricing. Salesforge subscribers get unlimited Warmforge slots.
How much are Mailforge domains?
$14 a year for a .com, charged once a year. You get full DNS control, "the same as if you had purchased from another registrar."
Is there a free trial?
No. You can explore the app after signing up without buying domains or mailboxes. There is no contract, and you can cancel any time.
