Warmup and the overlap
New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the Primeforge mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel Primeforge for the end of its billing period.
Forge products do not refund, and cancelling Primeforge takes a live-chat request at least seven days before the term ends; send it once the new mailboxes start warming.

Why buyers leave Primeforge
The slot price is the larger part of the reason: $4.50 a month below 100 add-on slots is the top of this table. The rest is the Forge model itself: warmup (Warmforge) and sending (Salesforge or your tool) are separate subscriptions, nothing is refunded and each cancellation needs seven days' notice.
