Primeforge Pricing 2026: Plans, Add-Ons and Real Cost

Primeforge charges $4.50 per mailbox slot a month on monthly billing, falling to $3.50 above 1,000 add-on slots, or $3.75 a month on yearly billing. The minimum is 10 slots. The mailboxes are Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Warm-up and sending are not in the price: they are separate Forge products (Warmforge and Salesforge) or another tool. Domains are $14 a year.

Primeforge Plans and Prices

Primeforge sells one product, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes set up for cold email, priced per slot. Unlike Infraforge, its sister product for private SMTP, it offers monthly billing.

How the tiers work, per the calculator: the first 10 slots are always billed at the top price, and the number of slots above 10 sets the tier for the rest. The minimum order is stated plainly: "We sell minimum 10 mailbox slots".

Yearly billing is $45 per slot a year ($3.75 a month) for 1–100 add-on slots, $44 for 101–200, down to $35 above 1,000 add-on slots (about $2.92 a month). The page says: "When choosing annual billing for mailboxes you will automatically receive a discount - 2 months free. There is no discount for domains." For 25 mailboxes the calculator shows $113 a month billed monthly and $94 a month billed yearly.

What the Slot Price Includes

• Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Primeforge says: "Those are specifically Google Workspace and MS365 mailboxes with US IP addresses."

• One Microsoft tenant per domain: "In Primeforge we have 1 tenant per domain."

• Automated DNS setup, inbox hosting and maintenance, and support.

• Access to the Primeforge API.

Not included: warm-up, a sending engine and placement tests. The home page tells you to add mailboxes "to Salesforge or any other sending software".

Costs on Top of the Slot Price

There is no free trial. You can cancel any time, and there is no contract; the pricing page does not state a refund policy. You can also connect domains you already own from any registrar; the home page says a domain connection fee applies but does not give the amount.

What Primeforge Costs at 25, 100 and 400 Mailboxes

Monthly cost on monthly billing, from the slot tiers above. The full setup adds warm-up and a sending engine: we use the cheapest Instantly plan that covers 550 cold emails per mailbox a month (25 a day on 22 working days), because Instantly includes warm-up in the plan. That is the same model as our provider comparison. Domains are left out.

At 25 mailboxes the calculator rounds the slot cost to $113. At 400 mailboxes, 10 slots are billed at $4.50 and 390 add-on slots at the 301–400 tier of $4.20. With Warmforge instead of Instantly warm-up, add its per-slot price (at 25 slots, $11 a month billed monthly or $9 billed quarterly), unless you send through Salesforge, which includes Warmforge. On yearly billing the slot cost drops by a sixth.

Primeforge vs Outreach2day

Outreach2day charges $2.50 per mailbox a month with warm-up and a sending engine (campaigns, sequences, one inbox for replies) and analytics included, from 12 mailboxes, billed monthly. Domains are $13 a year for a .com and $5 for a .info. See pricing.

At every size in the table, the full setup costs less with us: $250 against $547 at 100 mailboxes. Differences to know: Primeforge sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes on US IP addresses; ours are SMTP/IMAP. On yearly billing above 1,000 slots, Primeforge's slot price is about $2.92 a month, which is still above our $2.50 and does not include a sequencer. FAQ

How much does Primeforge cost per mailbox?

$4.50 a month per slot on monthly billing for up to 110 slots, falling by $0.10 per 100 extra slots to $3.50 above 1,000 add-on slots. Yearly billing is $45 per slot a year ($3.75 a month), down to $35.

Does Primeforge include warm-up?

No. Warm-up is Warmforge, a separate product. Warmforge's page lists $12 per slot a month on monthly billing and $10 on quarterly billing for up to 10 slots, less at higher volumes, and says Salesforge users get unlimited Warmforge slots.

Is there a free trial?

No. Primeforge says you need to buy domains and mailboxes to use it, so it does not offer a free trial. There is no contract, and you can cancel any time.

What is the difference between Primeforge and Infraforge?

Both are Forge products with the same slot model. Primeforge sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at $4.50 to $3.50 a month, with monthly billing. Infraforge sells private SMTP mailboxes on dedicated servers at $4 to $3 a month, billed quarterly or yearly. See Infraforge pricing.
