GMass Pricing 2026: Plans, Team Prices and Real Cost

GMass costs $29.95 a month for Standard, $39.95 for Premium and $59.95 for Professional, per Gmail or Google Workspace account, on monthly billing. Yearly billing brings them to $20, $29 and $49 a month. Team plans start at $175 a month for 5 users. Emails and contacts are unlimited, but every account sends within Google's daily limits, and GMass has had no warm-up since January 31, 2023.

GMass Plans and Prices

GMass is a Chrome extension that runs campaigns from inside Gmail. Plans are priced per Gmail or Workspace account.

Team plans include every feature, MultiSend included, although their cards are labelled Premium. Extra users beyond the plan size are billed per user, for example $38 a month on the 5-user plan.

What the Plan Includes

• Unlimited emails, contacts and campaigns from the Gmail account the plan is on.

• Free email verification and the Spam Solver on all plans.

• Sequences, follow-ups, A/B tests and the API from Premium.

• MultiSend from Professional: one campaign spread across extra Gmail or Workspace accounts that "don't need their own subscriptions".

Not included: warm-up (shut down in 2023), mailboxes and domains. GMass sends from Gmail or Workspace accounts you pay Google for, and Google's limits apply: up to 500 emails a day from a gmail.com account and 2,000 from Workspace.

What GMass Costs at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 Emails a Day

At 25 cold emails per mailbox a day, the volumes need 40, 200 and 400 mailboxes, 22,000, 110,000 and 220,000 emails a month. Priced here as GMass Professional with the outside-SMTP fee and Outreach2day SMTP mailboxes, plus .com domains at $13 a year. GMass does not document rotating hundreds of SMTP mailboxes in one campaign, so treat this as the cost of the SMTP route.

The usual GMass setup at volume is different: Google Workspace accounts rotated by MultiSend on one Professional plan, with each account's Google seat on Google's bill and warm-up done elsewhere.

GMass vs Outreach2day

GMass suits people who live in Gmail: mail merges from a Google Sheet, follow-ups from their own inbox, a few hundred emails a day. Past one or two accounts, warm-up and the Google seats become the larger costs.

Outreach2day is mailboxes, warm-up and a sequencer in one subscription: $2.50 per SMTP/IMAP mailbox with follow-up steps, a send window and stop on reply, $543.33 a month all-in at 5,000 emails a day. Yes, 7 days with up to 50 emails a day and no card. Outside SMTP cannot be connected during the trial.
