With Outreach2day mailboxes on both: $179.62 on GMass and $205.67 on Instantly at 1,000 a day, $458.28 and $527.33 at 5,000, $856.62 and $957.67 at 10,000. GMass is priced as Professional ($59.95) plus its fee for sending through an outside SMTP server, $5 per 10,000 emails: $11, $55 and $110.

Those GMass figures are the outside-SMTP route, and GMass does not document rotating hundreds of SMTP mailboxes in one campaign. The route it describes is Google Workspace accounts rotated by MultiSend, each with a Google seat on Google's bill and warmup bought elsewhere.

Where they differ

Inside Gmail or a separate platform

GMass runs in Gmail in Chrome: campaigns are drafts in your own account, sent within Google's limits (up to 500 a day from gmail.com, 2,000 from Workspace). Other providers come in only as an outside SMTP server. Standard is $29.95, Premium $39.95 with the API and rotation, Professional $59.95 with email support; team plans start at $175 for 5 users.

Instantly is a web app that connects Google, Microsoft 365 and any IMAP/SMTP account, unlimited on paid plans, and rotates them across campaigns. Plans are priced by emails and contacts: $47 for 5,000 emails, $97 for 125,000.

Warmup and deliverability

GMass shut its warmup down on January 31, 2023, so new mailboxes need a warmup tool bought elsewhere. It offers Spam Solver, a free inbox tester with 17 seed addresses and a custom tracking domain ($50 once if GMass sets it up).

Instantly includes unlimited warmup on every plan, inbox rotation and a custom tracking domain; placement tests and blacklist monitoring are a paid add-on.

API, MCP, trials and refunds

GMass has a REST API from Premium and no official MCP server we found. Instantly has API v2 on every paid plan and an MCP server at mcp.instantly.ai.

GMass's trial is 7 days at 50 emails a day without SMTP; refunds only in specific cases such as a wrong account. Instantly's trial is 14 days with 1,000 emails; its fees are non-refundable. Trustpilot shows GMass at 2.9 from 40 reviews and withholds Instantly's score.

Is GMass cheaper than Instantly?

For one Gmail account, yes: $29.95 against $47. For many mailboxes GMass charges per account or adds $5 per 10,000 emails through outside SMTP, and has no warmup.

Does GMass have warmup?

No. GMass shut its warmup down on January 31, 2023. Instantly includes unlimited warmup.

How many emails can GMass send a day?

As many as Google allows the account: up to 500 a day from gmail.com and 2,000 from Workspace. MultiSend spreads a campaign over several Google accounts.

Do they have MCP servers?

Instantly does, at mcp.instantly.ai. We found no official MCP server on gmass.co.

Do they offer trials?

GMass: 7 days, 50 emails a day, no card. Instantly: 14 days, 1,000 emails, no card.
