Hypertide charges $25 a month per Microsoft Entra domain, which holds 25 inboxes ($1 an inbox), and $3.30 a month per Google Workspace inbox with no minimum. Checkout takes a $500 Hypertide Credit up front that later orders draw down. Domains, warmup and the sequencer are not in the price, and no refund policy is published.

Prices below are from hypertide.io/pricing, its order page, its Entra and Google pages and its terms, checked November 2, 2026. The prices match what we read on October 18; the only change since then is that every page now gives the Domain Layover as 14 days.

Billing is month to month with no yearly option. The Entra figure differs by page: 3,000 sends a domain a month on the Entra page ("roughly 5 to 6 sends per inbox per business day"), "6,000+" on the pricing page and "2,200+" on the home page. One home-page block still quotes the old order price of $50 a month.

What the Price Includes

  • Entra inboxes with an Outlook login and a separate tenant per domain, or Google Workspace inboxes.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set by Hypertide, and bought domains spread over 100 nameservers.

  • Upload to Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison and other sequencers by OAuth or SMTP, with SMTP/IMAP logins.

  • Reply Relay, which keeps replies to cancelled domains coming to one inbox, and a 14-day Domain Layover while a replacement Entra domain warms.

  • Domain analytics, free placement tests, unlimited seats, agency workspaces and 24/7 support on every plan.

  • "Full API access" on every plan. We found no public API documentation and no MCP server.

Not included: domains ("Inbox fees only"), warmup, which Hypertide switches on in your sequencer before handoff, and the sequencer that sends.

The $500 Credit, Domains and Terms

Checkout shows a $500 Hypertide Credit as the total due today. The order FAQ says a $50 Entra order draws down from the $500 deposit and leaves $450, that the deposit is not a subscription, and that the credit caps how many customers join at once. Whether unused credit is refunded is not published.

Domains come from your registrar or are bought in the platform at a price Hypertide does not publish. Delivery takes about 4 to 6 hours after the order. There is no free trial; plans run month to month and cancel in the app. The order page names a 30-day deliverability guarantee without terms, and the terms of use, under Tennessee law, name no company.

What Hypertide Costs at 2,500, 5,000 and 25,000 Emails a Day

Monthly cost on monthly billing at the same cold emails a day on every row, each vendor at its own limit: Hypertide Entra at 5 cold emails an inbox a day (3,000 sends a 25-inbox domain a month), Outreach2day at 25. Hypertide's inboxes need a sequencer to send and warm up, so its row includes the cheapest Instantly plan for the volume (method). Hypertide domains are not priced, so its totals are floors; ours include .com domains at $13 a year, 5 mailboxes each.

At 2,500 a day the Hypertide row is 20 Entra domains for $500 and Instantly Hypergrowth for $97, before the 20 domains themselves; the first order also needs the $500 credit. On Google at $3.30, the same volume at 25 a day would be 100 inboxes for $330 plus domains and Instantly.

Hypertide vs Outreach2day

At every size in the table the full setup costs less with us. Our $2.50 is the month-to-month price ($1.50 from 100, $0.50 from 1,000) with warmup for the life of the mailbox and our own sequencer, and each mailbox sends 25 cold emails a day from day 14 against about 5 for an Entra inbox. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox. Most people think only Google gets to the inbox and overpay for it. There is no deposit: the smallest order is 12 mailboxes for $30.

The side-by-side comparison is in Outreach2day vs Hypertide, the rest of Hypertide's features and terms are in our Hypertide review, and other options priced at 2,500 cold emails a day are in Hypertide alternatives. Another vendor that sells Outlook tenants by the domain is in MailDeck pricing.

Outlook tenants and inboxes from other vendors are compared in Outreach2day vs MailDeck and Outreach2day vs LiteMail.

FAQ

How much does Hypertide cost?

$25 a month per Entra domain of 25 inboxes ($1 an inbox) and $3.30 a month per Google Workspace inbox, month to month, after a $500 credit at checkout that orders draw down.

What is the Hypertide $500 credit?

Its Entra page allows up to 3,000 sends a domain of 25 inboxes a month, about 5 an inbox a business day. Its pricing page says 6,000+ and its home page 2,200+. Google inbox limits are set in your sequencer.
