MailDeck sells Microsoft 365 tenants of 100 inboxes from $24 a month, Google Workspace from $35 for 10 inboxes and private SMTP at $0.74 an inbox. Those are sale prices: on November 2, 2026 its pricing page ran a "Pre-Black Friday" offer of 20% off Outlook and bundles, 10% off Google and 25% off SMTP, next to struck regular prices of $30 an Outlook tenant, $39 for Google and $0.99 for SMTP. The minimum order is 2 Outlook tenants. Domains, warmup and the sequencer are not included.

Prices below are from maildeck.co/pricing, its FAQ, its help docs and its legal pages, checked November 2, 2026. MailDeck's own pages disagree: the help docs (updated October 6) still list the earlier prices, the FAQ gives a third set, and the docs say the price in the app's checkout wins.

The help docs list Outlook at $30 a tenant ($28 from 21 tenants, $25 over 100), Google at $39, $99 and $299 and SMTP at $0.50 up to 1,000 inboxes. The FAQ says Google starts at $28 for 10 inboxes and private SMTP is $0.95 an inbox with a 100-inbox minimum.

What the Price Includes

  • Microsoft 365 tenants of up to 100 inboxes on one domain, Google Workspace with an admin panel and 2FA, or private SMTP on a dedicated IP with 5 inboxes a domain.

  • Setup by MailDeck's team, who load the inboxes into Instantly, Plusvibe, Smartlead, EmailBison or Manyreach with your sequencer login.

  • Free domain replacement, US tenants, a private Slack channel and in-app chat; "Full API access with webhooks" on the Google plans.

  • No setup fees.

Not included: domains (bring your own, bought anywhere but Cloudflare), the sequencer and warmup, which MailDeck switches on in your sequencer: 3 to 7 days on Outlook, 15 on Google, 3 to 4 weeks on SMTP. We found no API documentation and no MCP server.

Limits and Terms

The pricing page gives 4 to 5 cold emails per Outlook inbox a day (8 to 10 on Premium), 20 on Google and 10 to 15 on SMTP; the help docs give 10, 12, about 20 and 8, and the FAQ 18 to 22 for Google and 11 to 14 for SMTP.

Refunds go only to trial users with one tenant whose mailboxes were not delivered working within 10 to 14 business days, one refund per customer. The cancellation page asks for 7 days' notice; the FAQ says cancel any time in settings. MailDeck is run by The Scaling Group LLC under Hungarian law.

What MailDeck Costs at 25,000 to 100,000 Emails a Day

Monthly cost on monthly billing at the same cold emails a day on every row: MailDeck Outlook Normal at its sale price and 5 cold emails an inbox a day (the top of its 4 to 5), one tenant per domain, and the cheapest Instantly plan for sending and warmup (method); Outreach2day at 25 a day with .com domains at $13 a year. MailDeck domains are your own, so its totals are floors. The table starts at 25,000 a day, the volume teams MailDeck sells to (its About page counts 65 million emails a day across its clients).

MailDeck vs Outreach2day

All in, the setup costs less with us at every volume above. Our $2.50 is the month-to-month price ($1.50 from 100, $0.50 from 1,000) with warmup for the life of the mailbox and our own sequencer, and each mailbox sends 25 cold emails a day from day 14 against 4 to 5 for an Outlook Normal inbox. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox. Most people think only Google gets to the inbox and overpay for it.

The side-by-side comparison is in Outreach2day vs MailDeck, the rest of MailDeck's features and terms are in our MailDeck review, and other options are priced in MailDeck alternatives. Another vendor that sells Outlook inboxes by the domain is in Hypertide pricing.
