Hypertide alternatives: 7 priced at 100 inboxes and per 1,000 cold emails

Hypertide sells Microsoft Entra inboxes at $25 a domain of 25 and Google Workspace inboxes at $3.30 each, built in 4 to 6 hours and uploaded to your sequencer, after a $500 credit paid up front. An Entra domain sends up to 3,000 emails a month, about 5 per inbox a day, so 100 inboxes with Instantly cost from $197 a month for 11,000 cold emails. 100 Outreach2day mailboxes send 55,000 for $271.67 with warmup and the sequencer included. We make Outreach2day and list it first.

Why each one is a Hypertide alternative

We make Outreach2day and list it first.

  1. 1. Outreach2day: more cold emails per mailbox, warmup and sending included

SMTP/IMAP mailboxes instead of Outlook, with warmup and our own sequencer in $2.50 and up to 25 cold emails a mailbox a day from day 14, five times what an Entra inbox sends. No deposit: the smallest order is 12 mailboxes, $30 a month. If you keep Instantly or Smartlead, the mailboxes sync by API key; EmailBison takes our CSV.

100 mailboxes each. Hypertide and its alternatives at the same mailbox count. Monthly list prices on monthly billing; sending volume = mailboxes × each vendor's recommended emails per mailbox a day × 22 sending days, with the cheapest plan of the sequencer named in each row that covers it (Instantly unless the vendor's mailboxes need another; both include warmup). Domains at each vendor's published price spread over 12 months; "from" means a domain price is not published.

On list price per inbox Hypertide Entra is the lowest here: 100 inboxes are 4 domains at $25, $197 a month with Instantly, before domains whose price Hypertide does not publish. The catch is volume. At about 5 sends per inbox a day they send 11,000 cold emails a month, which is $17.91 per 1,000; Outreach2day sends 55,000 from 100 mailboxes for $271.67, $4.94 per 1,000.

InboxKit with Instantly is from $397 and Zapmail $432.83; both sell Google or Microsoft and send more per mailbox. Premium Inboxes and Cheap Inboxes are about $450 at 15 a day each. Each vendor is counted at its own recommended daily volume, so read the per-1,000-emails chart before the monthly total. The $500 Hypertide Credit is not in the table: orders draw it down, so it adds nothing to the monthly bill.

Switching

Moving from Hypertide to Outreach2day

  1. Keep your sequencer

Connect Instantly or Smartlead in Outreach2day with an API key and the warm mailboxes are added to your account; other tools take a CSV in their import format, or SMTP/IMAP logins. How the export works

  2. Or move the campaigns

Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the Hypertide mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel Hypertide for the end of its billing period.

Hypertide plans are month to month and cancel in the app. No refund policy is published, and the 30-day deliverability guarantee on the order page has no written terms, so ask about unused credit before you cancel. Reply Relay keeps routing replies from cancelled domains to a central inbox.

Choosing

Why Hypertide buyers look elsewhere

Three things come up on Hypertide's own pages. The $500 credit is due before the first order. An Entra domain sends up to 3,000 emails a month on the Entra page, while the home page says 2,200+ and the pricing card 6,000+, so the volume you buy is unclear until you measure it. And warmup and every send run in a sequencer you pay for separately.

No refund policy, domain price or public API docs are published, and the terms name the company only as "Hypertide". The full list with sources is in the Hypertide review.

Size the order on emails sent

For 1,500 cold emails a day: Entra at about 136 sends per domain a day needs 11 domains, $275 a month plus domains and a sequencer. Google inboxes from Hypertide at 15 a day need 100, $330. 60 Outreach2day mailboxes at 25 a day cost $150 with warmup and the sequencer in the price, plus 12 .com domains at $13 a year.

If Outlook inboxes on separate tenants are the requirement, Primeforge and Zapmail sell Microsoft accounts with published terms, and InboxKit sells Azure-tenant mailboxes one at a time. From 1,000 mailboxes we quote a volume price on a call.

  • You want a public REST API and an MCP server
