Instantly AirMail Pricing 2026: $4, DFY $5, Pre-Warmed $10

Instantly AirMail costs $4 per inbox a month, with domains at $15 a year and up to 5 inboxes per domain. Instantly's other account products are done-for-you Google accounts at $5 a month and pre-warmed Google accounts at $10. None of them sends on its own: every account needs an Instantly Outbound plan, from $47 a month, and pauses without one. Each AirMail inbox sends at most 20 campaign emails a day.

Instantly Account and Domain Prices

The AirMail order flow suggests secondary domains from your main domain, generates 5 addresses per domain, and shows the monthly and yearly total before you pay. Domains renew every year while at least one account on them is active, and each account renews monthly on its own.

The Outbound Plan You Pay On Top

The help center is direct about it: "The Airmail subscription cover only the domains and email accounts themselves. To keep accounts and warmup active, you still need an active Outbound plan after the 14-day free trial ends."

These are the monthly prices. Uploaded contacts are a running total for the plan, so at higher volumes the contact limit, more than the email limit, decides how many add-ons you need.

What the AirMail Price Includes

• An SMTP inbox on Instantly's own servers and IPs, in a pod of senders with a similar sending pattern.

• SPF, DKIM and DMARC set on every domain.

• Instantly's premium warmup pool, with the warmup settings managed by Instantly. Accounts you bring yourself pay from $500 a month for the same pool.

• Optional domain forwarding to your main site.

Not included: a login or inbox outside Instantly, export to other tools, mail to personal addresses (AirMail drops mail sent to gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com and similar providers) and refunds. Instantly's terms make every fee non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Limits That Change the Bill

AirMail is capped at 20 campaign emails per inbox a day; Instantly's limits article sets the campaign limit for AirMail at the number of accounts times 20, and 30 a day for other accounts. Instantly recommends 3 weeks of warmup before an AirMail inbox joins a campaign. Supply is limited to 5,000 new AirMail accounts a week across Instantly, first come first served.

So the number of inboxes follows the volume: every 1,000 cold emails a day take 50 AirMail inboxes and 10 domains, $212.50 a month before the Outbound plan.

What Instantly AirMail Costs at 2,500, 5,000 and 25,000 Emails a Day

Monthly cost on monthly billing, at the same cold emails a day on every row, each account type at its own daily limit: AirMail at 20, done-for-you Google at the 30 Instantly recommends, Outreach2day at 25. Every Instantly row includes the cheapest Outbound plan that covers the emails and new contacts a month (three emails per contact; method) and domains spread over 12 months: Instantly's at $15 a year, ours at $13 a year, 5 accounts per domain.

The Instantly plan in every Instantly row: Hypergrowth ($97) at 2,500 a day, Hypergrowth with one add-on ($184) at 5,000 and Hypergrowth with seven add-ons ($706) at 25,000. Outreach2day all-in replaces it with our own sequencer and keeps warmup in the mailbox price.

At every size in the table the setup costs less with us. Our mailboxes are $2.50 a month to month, $1.50 from 100 and $0.50 from 1,000, with warmup for the life of the mailbox, and they sync into the same Instantly workspace by API key, so your campaigns keep running where they are. Each one sends 25 cold emails a day from day 14, against AirMail's 20. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox. Most people think only Google gets to the inbox and overpay for it.
