Each Scale mailbox after 30: $3 a month up to 1,000, $2.25 up to 3,000, $1.75 up to 5,000 and $1.50 above. And every 1,000 sends over the allowance: $1. The calculator now offers prepaid credit packs at 10% off and Scale on annual billing at 17% off. The billing policy also lists Pro at $99 with 5 domains and 100,000 sends for API and transactional email, while the pricing page's structured data says Pro starts at $199, and the docs changelog of October 28 says the transactional product is being sunset.

How the Bill Is Counted

Mailboxes and domains are billed on the highest count in the 30-day cycle, so removing them mid-cycle does not lower the bill. Usage is billed in arrears at renewal with the next month's plan fee. Warmup emails count as sends. The billing policy charges warmup at 2 credits a mailbox a month; the warmup guide in the docs says 7 credits per activation.

What the Price Includes

  • Its own mailboxes on dedicated IPs (its terms speak of shared IP infrastructure), connected by SMTP/IMAP or API.

  • MI Shield, which checks content, headers and DNS before each send, and separate sending environments per client.

  • One-click connection to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, plus Apollo, PlusVibe, Outreach and Salesloft.

  • A REST and SMTP API with SDKs for six languages; no MCP server.

  • Phone and email support and a free deliverability call.

Not included: the sequencer, domains (leased in the app at unpublished prices; connecting your own is a Pro feature) and warmup unless you pay for MI Premium Warmup.

Refunds and Trials

The plan fee is refundable within 2 calendar days of renewal; usage is never refunded. Trials are at Mission Inbox's discretion, need a card and convert to paid; the free demo mode explores the app without live sending. A chargeback without its dispute process first means suspension.

What Mission Inbox Costs at 2,500, 5,000 and 25,000 Emails a Day

Mission Inbox vs Outreach2day

At every size in the table the full setup costs less with us. Our $2.50 is the month-to-month price ($1.50 from 100, $0.50 from 1,000) with warmup for the life of the mailbox and our own sequencer, and there is no charge per send. Each mailbox sends 25 cold emails a day from day 14. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox.

The side-by-side comparison is in Outreach2day vs Mission Inbox, the rest of its features and terms are in our Mission Inbox review, and other options are priced in Mission Inbox alternatives. Another vendor that meters sends is in Mailreef pricing, and one that bills Outlook inboxes by the domain in Hypertide pricing.

Two other vendors that bill per server or per domain are compared in Outreach2day vs Mailreef and Outreach2day vs Hypertide; a vendor whose warming is an add-on too is in our Winnr review.
