Instantly Pricing 2026: Plans, Add-Ons and Real Cost

Instantly's sending plans cost $47 a month (Growth, 5,000 emails), $97 (Hypergrowth, 125,000 emails) and $358 (Light Speed, 500,000 emails) on monthly billing. Mailboxes are a second purchase: $5 a month for each done-for-you Google account, $10 for a pre-warmed one and $4 for an AirMail SMTP inbox. Warmup is included in every plan. Domains ($15 a year), placement tests, lead credits and the CRM are billed separately.

Instantly Plans and Prices

The Outreach plans set how many emails you can send and how many contacts you can upload. Every plan allows unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup.

The monthly Hypergrowth card and the help center say 125,000 emails; the yearly card and the feature table on the same page say 100,000. The contact limit is not monthly: "The uploaded contact limit is a fixed limit across all campaigns, not per month." Instantly's pricing summary says you upgrade instead of paying an overage charge. When you pass a limit, you move up a plan, or on Hypergrowth and Light Speed you buy an Outreach add-on at $87 a month for 125,000 more emails and 25,000 more contacts.

Instantly also sells bundles of an Outreach plan and lead credits: Starter $94 a month, Scale $194 and Agency $555 on monthly billing.

Mailboxes sold by Instantly

Mailboxes need an Outreach plan to send. The plans overview says: "Without the Email Outreach plan, your DFY/Pre-warmed accounts will be paused automatically after the trial period."

What the Plan Includes

• Unlimited email accounts, your own or bought from Instantly, and unlimited warmup

• Analytics, scheduling and API access on every plan. Webhooks start at Hypergrowth

• Agency white-label on Hypergrowth and Light Speed

• SISR (dedicated server and IP rotation) on Light Speed

• Chat support on Growth, Premium Live Support from Hypergrowth

Not included: the mailboxes themselves, domains, inbox placement tests, lead data (Instantly Credits) and the CRM. Each workspace also needs its own subscription: "Each workspace requires its own subscription."

Costs on Top of the Plan

The free trial lasts 14 days with no card and includes 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails. Refunds are not offered. The terms say: "ALL FEES PAID UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE."

What Instantly Costs at 25, 100 and 400 Mailboxes

Monthly list prices with done-for-you Google accounts at $5 and the cheapest Outreach plan that covers 25 emails a day per mailbox (method). Warmup is in the plan, so the total is a full setup. Domains are left out.

25 mailboxes send 13,750 emails a month, above Growth's 5,000, so Hypergrowth is the first plan that fits. With AirMail inboxes at $4 instead of Google accounts, the totals are $197, $497 and $1,784. With pre-warmed Google accounts at $10, they are $347, $1,097 and $4,184. Yearly billing lowers the plan part by about a fifth.

With SmartSenders mailboxes at $4.50, the same three volumes cost $206.50, $544 and $2,028 a month on Smartlead (Smartlead pricing).

Instantly Cost per 1,000 Emails

Cost per 1,000 emails = monthly price ÷ monthly emails × 1,000. Growth is $47 ÷ 5,000 × 1,000 = $9.40 for the sending plan alone. These figures assume you use every included email; the mailbox bill is added below.

The yearly Hypergrowth calculation uses the yearly card's 100,000-email limit. Instantly's help center and pricing.md say 125,000, so confirm the allowance in checkout before choosing yearly billing. An annual price paid up front is shown here as its monthly equivalent.

For a full setup, the denominator is the capacity of the mailboxes: mailbox count × 25 cold emails a day × 22 working days. At 25 mailboxes that is 13,750 emails, so $222 ÷ 13,750 × 1,000 = $16.15. At 100 it is 55,000; at 400, 220,000.

The yearly column keeps Google mailboxes at $5 a month, reduces Hypergrowth to $77.60 and keeps the $87 Outreach add-on on monthly billing. No annual add-on discount is assumed. Domains, card fees, lead credits and placement tests are excluded from both columns.

Outreach2day is $2.50 ÷ 550 × 1,000 = $4.55 at every size. This includes the mailbox, warmup and sequencer. If you send half the modeled volume, cost per 1,000 doubles. Is Instantly Worth It? Who Each Plan Fits

Choose a plan by monthly emails and stored contacts, then decide which separately billed tools you need. A mailbox is assumed to send 25 cold emails a day for 22 working days: 550 a month, including follow-ups.

Growth fits a smaller campaign whose full sequence stays within 5,000 emails and 1,000 stored contacts. Ten mailboxes at the modeled volume would send 5,500, so they would exceed that allowance. For a three-step sequence, 1,000 contacts can consume up to 3,000 emails before replies and removals reduce later steps.

Hypergrowth covers the 25- and 100-mailbox examples. Its contact allowance is fixed across campaigns, so a contact list can hit the limit before monthly sends do. The $87 add-on raises both limits by 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts. At 400 mailboxes, Hypergrowth plus one add-on covers the modeled 220,000 emails for $184; Light Speed costs $358 and adds the server/IP features. Choose those features separately from the arithmetic.

The yearly Hypergrowth card's lower 100,000 allowance would cover 181 modeled mailboxes without an add-on. Actual capacity also depends on the number of working days, the sending schedule and whether each mailbox is ready to send. Warmup traffic is separate from the cold-email model used in these tables.

Lead discovery, verification credits, placement testing and the CRM each have another bill. A team with its own contacts and mailbox provider can pay for Outreach alone. A team buying Google's accounts inside Instantly pays the plan plus $5 per mailbox; pre-warmed accounts raise that line to $10. Review the total at your mailbox count before choosing a plan.

Instantly vs Smartlead vs lemlist: Entry Prices

At the same 550 emails per mailbox, these entry limits cover 9, 10 and 90 mailboxes respectively. For 100 mailboxes, the matching plans are Instantly Hypergrowth $97, Smartlead Pro $94 and lemlist Email at 100,000 emails for $89. With each vendor's Google mailboxes, monthly totals are $597, $544 and at least $1,089. The mailbox type, uploaded-contact allowance and required API access can change which plan fits.

Every Outreach plan allows unlimited email accounts, your own or bought from Instantly. FAQ

How much does Instantly cost a month?

$47 for Growth, $97 for Hypergrowth and $358 for Light Speed on monthly billing, or $37.60, $77.60 and $286.30 a month billed yearly. Mailboxes bought from Instantly are extra: $4 to $10 each a month.

Does Instantly include warmup?

Yes. Every Outreach plan includes unlimited warmup. Done-for-you and pre-warmed Google accounts join the premium pool at no extra cost. The premium pool contains Google and Microsoft accounts; access for eligible third-party accounts starts at $500 a month per workspace.

Can I use Instantly's done-for-you accounts in another tool?

No. The help center says: "Instantly DFY email accounts are exclusively configured for use within the Instantly platform." Instantly also keeps the domains: "We currently retain domain ownership and administrator access for any purchases and are unable to transfer them over."

Can I use my own mailboxes in Instantly?

Yes. Every Outreach plan allows unlimited email accounts. With Outreach2day mailboxes at $2.50 and Hypergrowth, 100 mailboxes cost $347 a month instead of $597 with done-for-you Google accounts.

Does Instantly have a free plan?

Instantly lists a 14-day free trial with no credit card, 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails. It does not list an ongoing free Outreach plan. Its trial credits are separate from the sending allowance. When the trial ends, choose a paid Outreach plan to keep sending and using purchased mailboxes.

Is Instantly.ai worth it?

For campaigns below 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts, Growth is $47 a month plus mailboxes. Higher volumes, in-app replies or webhooks require another plan. Compare the full plan, mailbox and add-on bill at your volume; the 100-mailbox Google setup above is $597 a month.

Is Instantly.ai legal?

Instantly is sending software; the sender must comply with the rules that apply to the message and recipient. The FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide requires accurate headers, non-deceptive subjects, commercial-message identification, a valid postal address and an opt-out honored within 10 business days. It also covers business-to-business commercial email. Other jurisdictions have different consent and privacy rules; check those before sending. Software does not supply permission to contact someone.

How much does Instantly cost per email?

At the full included allowance, Growth's $47 plan is $0.0094 per email, or $9.40 per 1,000. With 100 Google mailboxes and Hypergrowth, $597 ÷ 55,000 is about $0.01085 per cold email, or $10.85 per 1,000 at the modeled volume. Sending less raises the unit cost.

Does Instantly offer refunds?

No. The terms say all fees are non-refundable, including done-for-you and warmup services. You can cancel at the end of the billing cycle.
