Instantly Pricing 2026: Plans, Add-Ons and Real Cost

Instantly's sending plans cost $47 a month (Growth, 5,000 emails), $97 (Hypergrowth, 125,000 emails) and $358 (Light Speed, 500,000 emails) on monthly billing. Mailboxes are a second purchase: $5 a month for each done-for-you Google account, $10 for a pre-warmed one and $4 for an AirMail SMTP inbox. Warm-up is included in every plan. Domains ($15 a year), placement tests, lead credits and the CRM are billed separately.

Instantly Plans and Prices

The Outreach plans set how many emails you can send and how many contacts you can upload. Every plan allows unlimited email accounts and unlimited warm-up.

The monthly Hypergrowth card and the help center say 125,000 emails; the yearly card and the feature table on the same page say 100,000. The contact limit is not monthly: "The uploaded contact limit is a fixed limit across all campaigns, not per month." Instantly's pricing summary says you upgrade instead of paying an overage charge. When you pass a limit, you move up a plan, or on Hypergrowth and Light Speed you buy an Outreach add-on at $87 a month for 125,000 more emails and 25,000 more contacts.

Instantly also sells bundles of an Outreach plan and lead credits: Starter $94 a month, Scale $194 and Agency $555 on monthly billing.

Mailboxes sold by Instantly

Mailboxes need an Outreach plan to send. The plans overview says: "Without the Email Outreach plan, your DFY/Pre-warmed accounts will be paused automatically after the trial period."

What the Plan Includes

• Unlimited email accounts, your own or bought from Instantly, and unlimited warm-up.

• Analytics, scheduling and API access on every plan. Webhooks start at Hypergrowth.

• Agency white-label on Hypergrowth and Light Speed.

• SISR (dedicated server and IP rotation) on Light Speed.

• Chat support on Growth, Premium Live Support from Hypergrowth.

Not included: the mailboxes themselves, domains, inbox placement tests, lead data (Instantly Credits) and the CRM. Each workspace also needs its own subscription: "Each workspace requires its own subscription."

Costs on Top of the Plan

The free trial lasts 14 days with no card and includes 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails. Refunds are not offered. The terms say: "ALL FEES PAID UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE."

What Instantly Costs at 25, 100 and 400 Mailboxes

Monthly list prices with done-for-you Google accounts at $5 and the cheapest Outreach plan that covers 550 cold emails per mailbox a month (25 a day on 22 working days). That is the same model as our provider comparison. Warm-up is in the plan, so the total is a full setup. Domains are left out.

25 mailboxes send 13,750 emails a month, above Growth's 5,000, so Hypergrowth is the first plan that fits. With AirMail inboxes at $4 instead of Google accounts, the totals are $197, $497 and $1,784. With pre-warmed Google accounts at $10, they are $347, $1,097 and $4,184. Yearly billing lowers the plan part by about a fifth.

Instantly vs Outreach2day

Outreach2day charges $2.50 per mailbox a month with warm-up, a sending engine (campaigns, sequences, one inbox for replies) and analytics included, from 12 mailboxes ($30), billed monthly by card. Domains are $13 a year for a .com and $5 for a .info. See pricing.

At every size in the table, the full setup costs less with us: $250 against $597 at 100 mailboxes. Differences to know: Instantly sells Google accounts (ours are SMTP/IMAP, not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), has a free trial (we have none) and lead data in the same tool. FAQ

How much does Instantly cost a month?

$47 for Growth, $97 for Hypergrowth and $358 for Light Speed on monthly billing, or $37.60, $77.60 and $286.30 a month billed yearly. Mailboxes bought from Instantly are extra: $4 to $10 each a month.

Does Instantly include warm-up?

Yes. Every Outreach plan includes unlimited warm-up. Done-for-you, pre-warmed and AirMail accounts join the premium pool at no extra cost; for other accounts the premium pool starts at $500 a month per workspace.

Can I use Instantly's done-for-you accounts in another tool?

No. The help center says: "Instantly DFY email accounts are exclusively configured for use within the Instantly platform." Instantly also keeps the domains: "We currently retain domain ownership and administrator access for any purchases and are unable to transfer them over."

Does Instantly offer refunds?

No. The terms say all fees are non-refundable, including done-for-you and warm-up services. You can cancel at the end of the billing cycle.
